It's an "OK" hotel, and it's very central. Nothing fancy and the studio looked nothing like the picture. Seems we got a bad apartment. Only problem is the prostitutes outside, which the police were trying to get rid of every say we were there. Pretty hilarious to see.

The place looks clean, the area is full of prostitutes I was in shock ! It's so.lly disgusting and dirty surroundings I didn't feel safe at all so I moved to another hotel

Pros: Everything was clean and the staff were friendly.
Contras: The photos on the website make the hotel look better than it is. It is a very simple hotel, I would definitely not call it a "boutique design hotel". We didn't get the room we saw on the photos of the website when we booked - different furniture, and ours also had a kitchenette (not necessarily a bad thing, just not the room we thought we had booked).
The building was quite noisy and not well-isolated. I could hear people's conversations in the room above us and outside clearly.
The pillows were very poor quality. Please invest in better pillows.
15 min walk of the city center, but in a weird neighbourhood so not recommended when you will arrive/leave late at night or early in the morning.response / report this review -

Great location and clean. Just 2 mins walk to the nearest metro station and also the room was clean. Very spacious. Although no kettle or tea and coffee in the room. Staff was very friendly and also of great help.

Position very convenient (2 min walking from a metro station and 15 from city center) but not so recommendable neighbourhood. Bedroom with minimum set of comforts. We were at the 3rd floor (no lift) and the WiFi signal was very poor, almost unusable.

Paid for a double room, got a free upgrade to an apartment! Great start to my holiday. Cheap, but they certainly put effort into making sure that their room are full of all the necessities. Not in the greatest area but pretty close to the Grand Place and Manneken Pis.

Very good for the price it had. Not the best area, but close to center. Quite a big room, with even some space to work. Friendly people. Didn't try breakfast.

Not far from the station and the center (10min by walk).
Clean room with enough place for our stuffs.
Clean bathroom with large douche, towels and soap.
Modern and nice colors.

Quiet neighbourhood at night.
