Location it's nice, but at the time of my stay in they do some major renovation at the ground floor, so daytime during working hours was very noisy. Rooms was spacious, but the issue was with the shower bath. Getting to take your bath you need to step into the bath tub, than go at the very back to be able to close the glass that gets most of your moving space.

Nice hotel, might need some small touches here and there, but the services overcome all smaller issues. Great personnel, rooms are cleaned one a day and the continental breakfast appeals to all tastes. I recommend this hotel for it's location and services.

Staff were excellent, friendly, efficient and very helpful - however the apartment room we stayed in was of extraordinarily poor quality. Very shabby room, no A/C, no tea or coffee facilities, poor, low quality, small bed - just a bad experience. Small wonder hotel alternatives are doing so well when the traditional model contains such poor offerings as this.

Very nice 4 night stay in July. Great city center location, very clean and excellent customer service. Maddy and the front desk was great!

The studio apartment was really nice and well taken care of. It had everything we could have wanted and was bigger than expected. The staff were also really pleasant. Unfortunately the air and thermostat unit was confusing, but at least the windows opened up nicely to allow a breeze.

great location. good price. we upgraded to the apartment style room (and that was a great choice. there is a kitchen with a stove stop and microwave and a fridge. there is also a market located downstairs. its a very short less than 5min walk to grand place. and the staff were very friendly and helpful. id def recommend. our room was located off a busy street that had lots of restaurants and bars and people preforming outside. it got a bit loud sometimes, but it didn't bother us at all, actually it really added to our enjoyment there, we could open the window and still be a part of everything. it was great!

Location and price is good. However:1. no kettle. 2. no exhaust fan in bathroom. 3. some male receptionists are very impolite.

Unbeatable in location and price. Rooms were minamalistic but clean. The coffee machine was broken during my visit and there was ongoing updating work. Reception was friendly and helpful. Would definitely look into staying here again.

The hotel is located right in the centre and is extremely convenient. All of the restaurants and shops are right on its doorstep. I was initially concerned about it being noisy but I didn’t have any issues at all. I stayed in one of the studios and it was beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable one I've ever slept in and it was nice to have some extra space in the room. There is a kitchen area with an oven, microwave etc. They even provide you with pots and pans so you have the option of cooking. There is a small supermarket around the corner where you can get everything that you need. The staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating at all hours of the day. I’ll definitely be staying there again!

The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, two minutes walk from the Grand Place. It is a lively area at night which unfortunately means that street-side rooms can be noisy. The room was very functional and although it could have been in a cleaner state. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

An excellent location right in the heart of Brussels.
The hotel itself is not too expensive and has a 24hr reception who can help with most things. The staff are friendly and well prepared to give you tips on where to go.
The styling of the common areas is a bit dated though the rooms have been modernised and were much more comfortable (don't let your impression of the entrance area get you down!).
The breakfast was an additional price but as the hotel is so central there are many other options nearby.
There is a strong chocolate theme throughout the hotel which can be quite amusing (see pictures).
A final note for those who like to sleep in, while the area is quiet at night it is located on one of the major pedestrian-only roads in Brussels so during the day and evening there can be a lot going on, including an Irish bar a few doors down (though the outside area is closed and therefore quiet from about 22.30)
We were disturbed by a market directly outside the hotel on Saturday morning but the fresh fruit and waffles made up for it!
