La pire expérience de location de ma vie!!
J'ai demandé pour un appartement avec l'ascenseur car mon père est une personne a mobilité réduite. On m'a confirme qu'il y avait une ascenseur.
Quand on y est arrive on a découvert que l'ascenseur était en panne. Personne du personnel ne nous a pas prévenu! A notre arrivée on nous a promis que technicien viendra au plus vite pour réparer l'ascenseur.
Personne de coup de couer ne répondait pas au téléphone, ni aux message vocales et mail que j'ai envoyé..
Du coup après 2 jours (pendant lequel mon père restait dans l'appart parce qu'il savait pas descendre les escaliers) nous avons quitté l'appart (on a du trouvé un autre hotel) et j'ai envoyé un mail dont j'ai exigé un remboursement.
Evidemment pas de réponse.
Monsieur Rasquinet a encaissé 440 euro et n'a même pas l’honneur pour confronter la situation.

Son muy coquetos.no lleguéis tarde.no hay recepción.dueño muy simpático.encargada no tanto. No nos funcionó agua caliente y nos cambiaron.

Very spacious room and luxurious bathroom both very nicely decorated. The room was very dark, so I can't say anything about the cleanliness really. Service was ok, had to wait in freezing cold for ca. 10. min, but breakfast was very nice.

Location is good, Clean, Spacious. Overall very happy with the apartment. I'll book again if travel to Brussels again.

Absolutely unreliable, unfair, liar and fake friendly staff!!! Having nice apartments is not the only thing I should write comment about. They charged me double; first they took a cash from me and then charged my credit card!!! Unbelievable!!! I called them number of times and everything what I get is fake promises and NO MONEY back on my card!!! They simply steal your money and don't give back never! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

1. This places requires you to pay for parking, and they hold the key. If you forget something in your car, you are unable to get it. 2. The room has a draft and it was freezing all night. 3. The stairs are small and narrow so pack very light. 4. They told us breakfast is at 8 am however there was no breakfast provided. This was our third time staying in Brussels : Overall, never staying at this place ever again.
