Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly, very clean and a beautiful location.

We have been there as a group in October 2017. I cannot recommend this hotel because
- going there is difficult as many streets around that place are one-way streets or anyway closed for regular traffic. My navi did not find the way
- rooms are small (ok possibly not a real issue), no drawers
- several showers and water outlets were broken
- very noisy due to students who sing and shout in the street until deep in the night
- noisy air conditioning in one room
- incredibly small parking lot (I scratched my car)
- incompetent management - did not manage to put proper individual addresses on all the bills although this was clearly indicated
On the plus side: fast wlan (if you find space for your laptop), 2 walking minutes form the centerresponse / report this review -

Staff very friendly, breakfast great, bacon scrambled eggs, croissant, cereal, fruits, boiled eggs etc. Rooms a bit small for a couple but adequate given the location. Clean and tidy.

Rooms were fine but small beds were comfortable enough, plugs were in an awkward location for one of the beds. Quite a small basic bathroom with shower.
Pretty nice breakfast with waffle maker.
Good location for the main bars and restaurants about 20 min walk from the train station. Good selection of beer in the bar and nice staff.response / report this review -

I've stayed there twice. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are fine, though certainly not perfect. The breakfast isn't cheap but it is very good.

Nice hotel, very close to the center of Leuven. The staff are very helpful and the facilities are fine. Breakfast is also nice

Location is amazing, 5 minutes walking from the main square, air conditioning was really good. Rooms are quite small, no minibar (like all Ibis hotels), our bathroom was a bit moldy and smelly. Room door to the hallway is not well isolated. Woke up several times because of the noise in the hallway.

Mostly taking money for its location. It took them four days to refill soap dispenser How inspiring. They take decisions on your behalf on what to trash, for example a water bottle that I planned to use temporarily for 5 days, they trashed it. Shouldn't touch anything that doesn't belong to hotel and not lying in dustbins.

Tiny rooms for the price of a 5 star hotel. The door hits the bed when you open it ((that's in a double room). No minibar in the rooms, breakfast is miniature buffet that you wait in line for 10 minutes to get your coffee. Parking will cost you 15 EUR per night. No view from the window as well. The only advantage is that it is downtown.
