Good room with plenty of space. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast, and fast check-in & check-out.

I don't even know where to start. First, I know that we had booked a "budget" hotel in order to stay at the same spot as some friends of ours. Here is my first, and last experience with your line of hotels in point form:
- Hallways smell extremely dirty
- Air conditioner/exchange not working. Ended up having to open a window with no screen, and wake up FULL of bug bites.
- No face clothes in the hotel
- Hair dryer not working properly
- Terrible cleaning service, bed not made at all on one day
- Water went from freezing cold to scolding hot in the shower, and changed back and forth the entire time
- soap dispensers empty in main floor bathrooms (for 4 days).
This hotel is just so disappointing.response / report this review -

Very clean friendly hotel with good food services. Located near historical center of the city. Down side it was very noisy when we were there with a Farmers Market opening at 3:00 am for set up then a concert the following night that did not end until 3:00 am

Hotel is directly in the City Close to Bars and another Shops. The Rooms are small but it's okay if you stay 2-3 days. Breakfast is nice and you can take a Diner in the Evening. The Beds are comfortable. For me personally the shower is to small.

I chose this hotel because of its location. Very close to the center and with good facilities. I knew the room was a bit small but for a single night it didn't really matter. What surprised me was the quality of the breakfast. It felt like I was having breakfast at a 4* hotel, not a 3* one. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it's what I have come to expect from an Accor hotel. Thank you for making my stay great.

Modest hotel with smaller rooms but bed was comfortable and aircon was great. Tiny shower in a tiny bathroom but very clean. Breakfast was fantastic (it was included in our room rate) Great value for money for money! The only thing to be aware of is that there is no safe box in the room. Located right next to the shopping street and very close to a large shopping mall with department store and supermarket. Hotel personal was very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again:))))

Checkin was so friendly and helpful.
Hotel is modern and very clean - excellent breakfast, great hot and cold choices.
Rooms small but adequate and has air conditioning, bathroom is again rather small.

Great location and extremely friendly staff. The rooms were compact, but designed very well with a large comfortable bed and good shower. Walls were described as sound proof, but I could hear talking, coat hangers, and dogs in adjacent rooms. I would also have liked a coffee maker and/or kettle.
