Hotel is in a lovely location, its a 2 to 3 minute walk to the Grand Plaza/square. Lots of different options for eating and drinking nearby, a 5 minute walk will take you past tons of places to chill with a drink or grab something to eat. room was spacious if a little bit bare but we didnt spend that long in there anyway, bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a little disappointing for €15 each as its mainly only bread and cold meats and there are much nicer places nearby. The bar was nice though and had a decent variety of drinks. Qll of the staff were lovely and helpful

Good central location. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms which were reasonable size for a city hotel. Our bathrooms ( we had 2 rooms for our party) were a very good size , modern with good large showers. Room at the front of the hotel overlooked the busy square but was quiet. Hotel let down by very limited food selection. Adequate menu but little available on it on both nights. Including ibis recommended dishes which were not available. Plenty of nearby restaurants though.

We had a great time staying with Ibis Brussels off Grand Place. The room is clean and modern, the view from our window is brilliant, we can see one of the tower of the Brussel Square. We loved driving around with the electric car which is one of the Ibis's Facilities for free. It was a spontaneous, funny and great experience.
And not forgetting to mention how helpful and friendly the staff are.
Keep a great service and innovative!

It was good, the only comment would be that the toilet Air extractor wasn't working and the drain odor was bad.
The room was big! Great view! breakfast perfect! Fresh orange juice!! Great Location!! Thank you we are very happy and pleased with our stay at IBIS!!!

Nice hotel that is very central. Helpful staff and a quiet bar for relaxing after a long walk in the city. Short walk from central station. Recommend this hotel. The only I can complain is there where no safebox in room, but u could bring ur values to reception. I would also like to have a fridge in room.

I used this hotel and got a day room between to flights. I liked the hotel and they offered a very nice breakfast. The staff was very helpful and kind, I didn't pre-book the room but just showed up in the morning, I got a smile by the staff at the reception and they helped me out. Well done thanks.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly and relaxed. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to all the good spots around town. Taxi fare to and from airport cost just over 40 euro each way. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Brussels first-timers and really loved it.

Location was a short walk from the Centraal train station. Easy walk to many sites, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Room was small but we didn't need lots of room just a place to sleep after exploring Brussels. Had some interesting space saving shelves. Some new technology to figure out but wasn't difficult to determine to put door key card in holder to turn on the lights.

Very good welcome pack with biscuits & beer. Thank you. New TV package with extra channel in English ( + others besides French) Change of menu dishes - Can we have a Croque ? made without meat please? Room/Shower room clean & comfortable. Staff as usual very helpful & friendly. Hotel close to Central Station & lots of attractions. Nice to be able to sit outside from 10am now - with drinks/snacks & watch the world go by.

I was visiting brussels at the weekend. I booked the hotel in error for Friday instead of Saturday. When I arrived and realised my mistake I went straight to the hotel to try and rectify it. The receptionists were polite but insisted I had to repay( albeit with a minor discount). I felt if the rooms were free then good customer service would have been I got the room for free or at cost price. I was prepared to wait until late in the day to see if rooms were still available and had not otherwise sold. I realise it was my mistake but I felt they could have been more accomodating.

It was decent. There was no room service ( i.e food order to be placed at the bar and collected on our own) available though which was disappointing. But the room I got and the view was amazing. The room did not have a plug point to the bedside, which was again a problem. The Grand place view was excellent though. I have also not received my last laundry. The lady has taken down my address but I have received no mail on this.

Nice hotel for the price. Definitely a boutique hotel - the rooms are very small. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the room, might want to look elsewhere, but if you're using it as just a place to sleep, it's great. Very centrally located

Decent price but the room amenities and equipment were poor. Pretty good breakfast though!

Ibis is always a "safe" choice. Clean and not very expensive. But this hotel offers much more. Right in the heart of Brussels, next to Central Station (trains to the airport) and 100 steps from the Grand Place. Really friendly atmosphere, design and the best breakfast of all. I had a room in the second floor, spacious as it was
