In general the hotel is clean, small rooms, but I didn't like bed with broken springs and weared pillow.

It seems the same quality is not delivered to all Scandic hotels. Compared to Scandic Hotels in Wroclaw, this one is not even close. In spite the breakfast was good, it had less things to offer. Also the room I stayed in was small and had the air was not fresh.

The location ia very central and close to major touristic attractions.

A shame to the Scandic brand name.
A lot of negative: old, run-down hotel, with tiny, smelly rooms; stinky bathroom every time you opened the tap; small bed with a very thin mattress; smelly and un-ventilated corridors; restaurant not operational; unmotivated staff; no parking facilities or even a loading and unloading zone;
Only positive points are location, right next to the central square, and the price

Standard Hotel, not very expensive but not cheap. Rooms are ok and clean, not high pressure on the shower. Bar is not very good althoug they have happy hour in the afternoons. Variety is not big. Friendly staff

The hotel is very close to the Gland Place and nice restaurants. The personel was very nice. The rooms were Ok, but not more than that.

Place was very nice for a reasonable price. The only downside is that, at 11 euro, breakfast is quite pricey. Room was perfect and bed was very comfy.

Very clean and pleasant hotel - located just a stone throw away from the famous grand place. I booked a room for one night last week Wednesday. I had left my shirt at the hotel and the receptionist and staff went above and beyond when i returned to Brussels after spending a few days at Brugs to retrieve it.

Some of the reviews here are expecting too much. It is a good hotel with friendly staff, in a good location with Brussels central train station being 500m away, right next to the grand place!

A nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfy. The location is pleasant to travel by bus, metro, or train (although the latter two require you to walk or take a bus to get to the station). The walls seem to be paper thin, as you can hear your neighbors breath (a bit exaggerated, but you can hear them clearly).
