Worst hotel Hardly understand the concept of HOSPITALITY. The front desk is racist unless you're white. The old man who was at the front desk (not the bald guy) actually tried to tell me it takes 30 mins for an email to arrive to their reception email. In 2017 He expects me to believe that. Then when the white maid came to the desk he spoke to her in French and she smirked at me. I can't possibly imagine what was comical that both of them felt the need to talk about someone who's patiently waiting. Oh of course, racist racist racist!!! Avoid at all costs if you're anything but white and take your money elsewhere. You won't feel welcomed here and it's not worth it when there are so many wonderful hotels to chose from in the area. Management needs to retrain their staff or hire front desk attendants who don't have a stick up their parts.

It is okay for the price but not much more. Rooms are a bit worn down, however asides from the safe everything is still functional. Its location itself is great and directly in the city. Parking is nearby. View is good if you ask for it - you can see the city hall.

Had an absolutely TERRIBLE time at this place. The air conditioner in our room did NOT work and also made lots of noise. The hotel looked kinda shabby and was right next to a dark and dirty alley where drunk people urinated at night. The front desk staff were RUDE and also STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFO (it's the only place I used my credit card during my trip). This hotel sucks, I'd never even think about visiting this place again.

I was surprised. Clean, near from the center and cheap prices

Great situation and price. The room was not very nice, but it was clean and silent. Service was polite and helpful. Don't forget to bring you own shower gel and shampoo!

Very nice place to stay, close to the underground, so you can be anywhere you want in Bruxelles easily. Breakfast was also very good and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was bitten by bed bugs during the night in this hotel. They had no spare room so they could not move us and we had to spend a night in the lobby. We called a doctor who confirmed that it looked like bedbugs, and we even attached one of the dead bedbugs to our complaint. All we got reimbursed for was one night of the hotel (no doctor, no laundry to disinfect our clothes, nothing). Moreover, they claimed they were nice to us, as apparently "after an inspection of the room, no bedbugs were detected". I am really sorry for the people who might have to stay in this hotel.

It was a very unlucky stay. My girlfriend was attacked by some bed bugs during the first night, almost as soon as we fell asleep. We had to call a doctor. Luckily it was nothing serious, but a lot of pain and itchy bubbles on her body. They didn't have another room to give us so we spent the night on some chair in the lobby. The second and last night of our stay we were given a new room. No bed bugs, but broken heating and dirty walls We filed a complaint with lots of evidence (even a dead bug glued on!), but all they would do is to reimburse us the first night and offer a breakfast. They wouldn't even pay for the doctor! I'll spare you some other minor details.

tl;dr: we had a terrible experience. Staff was nice but unhelpful. We won't be coming back.
