My advice is, if you are going to visit the Eurostar terminal ensure you have taken plenty of sedatives. The staff are rude, the terminal is dark, there is no WiFi or AC adapters, and the cafeteria is expensive. In short this wasn’t and has never been a pleasant experience. I guess the day they make this terminal pleasant to visit is the day all my life goals are completed.

Just need to arrive 1 hour before will be enough. There is one chocolate shop inside and one cafe that sells beer and coffee and light meals . Free toilet inside eurostar, the British officer doesn't seem to friendly

Take your tram train tgv or Eurostar from Gare du Midi Station. Is a bit messy and stinky but is ok for a short transit.
Shops and cafes.Taxis and public transport in the same place. Information and ticket caisse

The worst ever. Got there like 15 min before the train to UK and they said its too late to check-in and they gave me a next connection and asked me if I want seating in the direction or travel. Apparently the English are always on the wrong side

Eurostar is the quickest connection between Brussels and the UK.
Quicker than flying, driving, cycling, walking, swimming or taking the coach.
If you want to travel in style, travel in Standard Premier.
The onboard staff is very friendly. Book in advance and you can get yourself some amazing deals.

We booked a train an hour in advance because our car broke down and we had a very important appointment the next day. Price tag: €434.41. This for two young people in need of help. It's not like we are business(wo)men or riding first class. This is just crazy. You can FLY to the other side of the world for that money!!
Half hour check in, trash all over the station, smelly, no Wi-Fi, outlets were broken, stains all over, damaged chairs, trash still in the net before us, and so on. Most horrible price/quality charge I have ever experienced.
    Negative 5 stars!

worst service I have ever experienced in public transportation! over 1 hour delay because check ins and passaports check officers were so slow scanning people in. what a disgrace. whoever runs this should be fired today!! Europeans need to learn more how to run services from Asian countries. no wonder nothing works in Europe none gives a dam. workers know they will get their checks either way.

It used to be much better. Safety checks, customs, train station filled with pick pockets make it an unpleasant experience. The trains are old and very often dirty. You'd expect much more from an international service.
