The worst customer service in the world. I took the bus from Amsterdam to Brussels. The driver was so nasty disrespectful. He called us to the bus just to make us wait outside under the rain. He drove very dangerously. He placed HIS music full volume and when someone nicely asked him to please tone it down, he said we can leave the bus if we don’t like it. It’s absurd. No one pays to be maltreated. Please avoid the ugly experience.

The employee at the counter gives you a number and says they'll tell you when to leave, however, they didn't announce our bus had arrived. We found out ourselves by running outside and asking the friendly driver. Terrible service. The building is cramped and the outside environment is dirty and shady at night. Return trip went without issues, so it's clearly this particular stop which has issues

Bad service and worst employees, I had a travel from Brussels to Utrecht and was a great confusion, I ask the bus driver if that was my bus and I get a bad face and wrong information. Showing him my tickets didn't know if I had to take this bus. But bad point is the way the bus drivers treat the clients, without respect and no nice or useful at all.

The guy behind the counter asked me why I haven't printed my ticket?!
Why should I print it while I have it on my phone? That's the whole point (receive it in my email so I don't have to print it!)
He also gave me a paper and when I asked what that is he said just wait in the waiting room! I thought that was rude.

Luggage was stolen while bus driver left luggage compartment open (and unattended) during a stop at the busy Brussels station. If the bus stops and the luggage door is opened, it would be safe to stand next to it until it is closed.

Bus 40 minutes late, then from north station it stopped in Brussels South station taking the longest route, he got out of Brussels to take the highway then got back into the city to stop in the other station instead of doing 1 kn drive inside the city. Complete nonsense. Fixbus much better

For 32 years i have been travelling with your company once every six weeks on the route Liege- London- London -Liege And not once in all these years have I had any complains, Great service, always on time and cheap. Just one little hint, You need new coaches on the Sat evening because they are very old and decrepit with a dirty toilet, no toilet paper just lots of broken things in this coach. As I said above Nothing bad to say about your service but these coaches are beyond a joke lately.

Located in a nice business area, close to city centre. Very friendly stuff. There is a waiting room and they inform you when the bus comes.
