Excellent location. Very nicely decorated, relaxing, welcoming atmosphere, with excellent breakfast options, great beds, and wonderful decor. Wifi worked great. Check-in/out went very smooth. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back. The location was great, right next to the train station, and a quick walk to downtown! Perfect for a couple of nights, or just a quick sleep before catching a train or plane!

Very basic and could do with some upgrading. Staff were friendly enough and generally clean. It was not what I expected.

Not a great part of town. It was a little freaky walking from the train station to the hotel. The walls were stained or at least not cleaned. They dropped that breakfast isn't included after we ate and we told it was 'just over there/included' (and it was too expensive).
The beds were nice enough, service was decent. I won't be going back if I'm in the area though.

Location is very convenient. 5 minute walk to the nearest train station, and 20 minute walk to the Grand Place. Room furniture was visibly worn, but still completely functional. If you don't plan on spending a ton of time in the room and just want a place to sleep in the area, it's great. However, I wouldn't recommend it for business travel. There was no iron in the room, there was limited desk space, and the WiFi kept disconnecting and reconnecting. My biggest gripe would be that I woke up every morning from the smell of breakfast being cooked, even though my room was on the 5th floor.

Conveniently located near train and metro stations. Lots of shops near by. The building is showing some signs of age but the rooms are comfortable and have everything needed for a busy trip

Good service, nice comfortable room, very near to centrum and metro. Staff is polite. We can't close the bathroom's door well becouse they were broken. The carpet was a bit dirty.

Room was amazing, comfy bed , bathroom is big too and very nice, we were in a double room but they put coffee and shower gel/shampoo stuff only for one person, close to city centre
