Nice location in center. Good breakfast with nice large and wide window to street life. However, WiFi was really bad.

Nice clean rooms..but thought there would have been free coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. Smell from the sink and bath drains was obvious when you enter the bathroom. But smell was not overpowering

Single room iş too small wi-fi iş really slow. tv and its remote kontrol are problem and dont work prperly. Hotel is iş situated at hearth of Brussell.Breakfast iş standart and offers No special thing.. Stuff iis ok and smiling helpful in manners Have to use elevator.Slow narrow nerds patience and there is No way but waiting

Bad internet, small rooms, dark rooms, bad ventilated rooms, receptionist not very friendly specially the morning shift.
I arrived from my long journey at 11 am and the receptionist told me that my room is not ready, check in time is 2pm, I said I know and totally respect but please try to help! He answered; I can't tell the room service to do your room first, after some discussion, he concluded; if you don't like it you can go another hotel !!!!!!

Location is best for tourists, as important tourist attractions are all within 10 to 15 minutes walk. The staff were extremely friendly and rooms were very clean. Including breakfast is a bonus! Worth for the price, definitely recommended.

Rooms are quite old and need refurbishment but it is clean, comes with good service, a good breakfast and reasonable prices. I use it often.
