Excellent accommodations if your ever staying in Belgium. The rooms are nice, the food is very good, and the staff is very accommodating. If you don't speak French don't worry, everyone I met spoke English. If I ever have the opportunity to go again this is where I will be staying.

The Hotel in Brussels is a beautiful hotel and we have a fantastic view of the city. It is in a nice area of the city, surrounded by shops and places to eat. The main street that it is on has some very high end shopping, so it is not really accessible to everyone's budget. Everything in the hotel (room service, the restaurant) is also very expensive. For example, it costs €27 for a burger and fries for room service. All in all, the stay was pleasant and satisfied our needs. Very clean and smelled nice as well. The breakfast that came as a package with our room was also very nice.

Imposing building situated on the street where all major fashion outlets have stores. So good for shopping and browsing.
The rooms a very modern and well designed. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff is courteous and helpful and all of them speak English. The view from the top floor is quite nice.

Always such a great place! Especially the deluxe rooms that give you access to the lounge on the 24th floor where you can enjoy a free glass of champagne.

The hotel is centrally located and calm much of the time.

The room was fantastic, I loved the media connectivity, and the lighting and it gave us a view of Brussels. The beds were very comfortable and the room was stylish as well. It was in a brilliant location only 3 stops on the metro to Gare du midi and a 10 minute walk to the local eaterys and 15 minutes from Grand Place. We ordered room service at 1am, although at first it came half warm and half cold they resolved the issue instantly and provided us with a new one.

Very nice experience. The rooms were cleaned and spacious and the lights and curtains controlled automatically suggest the hotel wants to go with the trends. Apple TV and a possibility to connect my phone to the TV was just a cherry on the cake :) thanks guys!

I stayed here for Tomorrowland 2017. Overall a great hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet, professional and helpful staff, the room was well appointed and spacious, it is located in a great area, and it has an okay gym.

I would definitely stay again if I return to Brussels.

Good hotel. Friendly and quick service. Really nice rooms with great views. Good beds. Nice shower (Good strong beam and good temperature). Sauna on one of the top floors with great view.

- Rooms: Excellent! Spacious, clean, well designed, sufficient closet space, descent bathrooms, instant hot water, electronic curtains, good WiFi, spread lights infrastructure, etc
Gym - Pretty well equipped and tidy.
Staff - Kind, polite, professional in the sense they truly make you feel welcome but distant enough not to give you the creepy feeling of 'they smile to much'.
Good knowledge of the city and getting things done!
Breakfast - The buffet is good but personally I have a profound distaste for all the prefab present in such a hotel
That was the only downside for me.

One of the best experiences I've had in Brussels. Amazing rooms at affordable prices, about EUR150-250 per night. You could get great scenic views with large windows. Free mini-bar for my stay, and gym and spa at the top floors.

Cleanliness is a virtue I'd always cherish, and this is quite clean, the toilets, the bed and the carpet. Clean enough I don't have to wear slippers. Nice! made Bruxelles so much better!

Enjoy staying here. It is more expensive than the surrounding hotels but you do get what you pay for. the rooms are great, some have excellent views and there is a small, free, minibar.

Nice business hotel in a good location. Rooms are modern, very clean and fully equipped. Minibar is included in the hotel price. Very busy, needed to queue up for check-in. Great view from the hotel. Try to get one of the corner rooms.
