  A very professional team in every way I have been dealing with Jeff and his team at Whyte’s for a very long time and there service is always friendly & prompt & I live in the country 7 hours away. My orders are always sent out on the day that I place the order . Even when I purchased my last 870 it way put into a brand new van and delivered to save me the inconvenience. And down time of missing two days work ,

  I would never use this company again.
  Jeff Whyte is your ultimate sleazy salesman, when I didn't want the machine, gave me a low price and a month later when I decided I wanted the machine, he jacked the price up by a $1000.
  I am not going to bang on and tell a long winded story of my experience but NEVER again would I deal with these people again!
  Jeff & Carolyn Whyte are both tarred with the same brush, they have lost my business for ever.
  I am purchasing my next truckmount and portable elsewhere.
  I suggest anyone wanting to deal with Whytes, Be careful of there shifty behaviour.
  Better to look elsewhere, plenty of other options.

  They always provide excellent service. I have purchased 3 truckmounts through Whytes over the years and have been very impressed with the installation and quality of the equipment. They always go out of there way to help if something goes wrong with your machine.

  We have been using Whtyes Specialised Equipment for over 2 years. We are very happy with the quality of the machine we purchased, however the after sales support and service support has been what I we have really loved about the team at Whyte's.
  
  We also appreciated the customisation Whyte offer, which allowed our van to become a multi purpose restoration response vehicle.

  Starting my own carpet cleaning business around 4 years ago, I was pointed in the direction of Whyte Specialised Equipment by a friend and have never looked back.
  Unable to afford new equipment, Jeff brokered a second hand setup for me that is still going strong today, and the boys in the workshop have been great in helping me keep the truckmount in good running order.
  I have found the range of Whyte chemicals to be as good if not better than any other products out there. Trying many others, including the new "fad' products from the U.S, the range at Whyte seem to be what I keep going back to.
  If you are a carpet cleaner and you haven't used Gold Rush, I suggest you give it a shot.
  I have recently puchased a new portable unit to help expand the scope of my business.
  I shopped around, but Jeff made an offer for me on an Eyre unit that I couldn't refuse, and I couldn't be happier with its performance to date.
  Always happy to give me advice whether I'm out on the job with a problem or even assisting me with procuring new contracts, Jeff has been absolutely instrumental in getting my business to where it is now.
  Without the help of Jeff and the rest of the friendly team at Whyte Specialised Equipment, I wouldn't be where I am today.
  If you are looking at starting your own carpet cleaning business, I strongly suggest you either pop in to the sales office at Ferntree Gully to say hello or give them a call.

  Been dealing with Whytes for many years never had a problem and they always look after me every time. Service is quick and the machine is an animal. Turnovers gone up 30%
