Have been with NR Ron max cleaning Services for around 4 years now. Sam has done an awesome job over the last couple of years. He is excellent in End of lease cleaning and Carpet steam cleaning. Sam never disappoints. The quality of his work is 100%. Highly recommend for your cleaning needs.

Do not use this business.

Just go elsewhere.

Why? paid upfront and they did a terrible job which I had to spend hours fixing myself.

On top of that they didn't show up to their first appointment and wasted more of my time.

They would not provide a refund or fix their work.

There are many cleaners in Melbourne, just avoid there pirates.

Service don’t deserve 1 star!

We hire them to clean for the end lease of our property rental but they did a terrible job cleaning the townhouse. We have paid great amount of money but the cleaning service is not worth it. The property was left unclean. They even broke the cabinet hinge and denies that the cleaners have done it. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this cleaning service. I never write reviews before and this is the first time, I want to warn other customers not to get their service and waste money!👎👎👎

They cleaned my house and office. 100% Satisfied with their professionalism and the passion in what they do. Never cut corners and most importantly 'never miss a spot'. Rates are very competitive and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend regardless how big or small the job is.

I had the worst experience. Not only did they refuse to go back and complete the clean to a reasonable standard for my bond but they were extremely rude and had no remorse that I had to get another cleaning company to fix their mistakes.
I had to have the bathroom recleaned.
The carpets needed to be redone (They were soaking wet and it caused a smell throughout the house from their clean!).
She offered a 5% refund as "good will". I'm still waiting for the money after 5 weeks!
I wish i listened to my Real Estate agent :(

Absolutely appalling! Left the house in worse condition than when they started. Attention to details I don't think so! They water stained our walls barely cleaned anything it wasn't even worth getting them in. Literally everything was a waste of time we had to re-clean every single item again. They came back to rectify the massive list of issues only to waste our time and make things even worse by doing one out of 50 things. The floor was swimming with water very damp very wet and smells awful.
