Our experience with Berwick Ford was fantastic. We bought a NewGen Everest 3 weeks ago and it arrived 1 month earlier than we expected. Beware of their car repair work !
The business failed to repair my car fault, but they charged me 3k for the service. I had to give my car to a wrecker since it had been totally damaged. There is no way I would recommend anyone trusting them with their car repairs.

My claim at VCAT was dismissed because I didn't have evidence of the verbal communication where Pakenham Ford service center promised me that spending 3K on repairing the car would extend its life by 4 years or even more.
They destroyed my car and also my trust when I trusted Pakenham Ford Service Centre.

Small and expensive for a service with breaks. Was told I'd have to book over a month in advance to get a comp car but received a comp lift and discount. Not bad but not great.

I have been sold many cars through out my life , it was nice to go and buy a car without any pressure at all .Paul Webb in new car sales was absolutely great , We struck a great deal without the nonsense . We finance the car through Ford at a great rate.also asked about insurance to compare , very surprised we have been paying far to much . We picked up the new Ford Ranger on Friday and was very happy So thanks to all at Berwick Ford great team work . Danny and Doug New Estate Fencing.

After some sudden issues with my older car, I was so grateful that I could drop it off at Berwick Ford with minimal notice. They called to let me know what the issues were, and had it fixed and ready for me to drive home that same afternoon.

I sent an enquiry last night through car sales offering $4,300 less than the price advertised on a new vehicle. This morning I had a reply from a very unprofessional sales person questioning why I would waste my time offering that kind of money. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, some with greater savings than the one I put forward. It would have been better if they did not reply at all rather than replying so unprofessionally. Not to mention that with a bit of effort I would have been willing to come up a bit considering I need to make a purchase this week.
