Got a quote to repair puncture for $20. After repair was told its $30 as my type of bike takes longer to repair. Was told they could remove new tube if I like. Appalling service! Don't mind paying what I'm quoted but unprofessional and a rip off to up price after service and without notice. Plenty of other reputable businesses around and I'll be using them from now on.

Had my first service and a few things needed tweaking. All completed. On time. Joe was so helpful-very knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. Highly recommend. Very happy!

Thanks to Mike for his excellent advice when selecting a bike for my 12 year old daughter. His advice regarding the appropriate weight and size of the bike was very helpful in making our final decision. I am very happy with the bike we purchased from Bicycle Superstore. Would highly recommend Mike if you need any bike advice, especially for kids.

Can't believe they'll try to charge $25 to wipe dust off a bike before "free" service. Do they service the bikes or operate on them? Be warned! Shan't set foot in the place again.

Was having issues with the saddle on my Cannondale CAAD12, and the staff measured me up and recommended a Pro Stealth Saddle. Tried it last night and what a relief!! No numbness or pain. Felt like i could go for another ride! Extremely happy with this purchase and the advice the staff gave me! Going to get another Pro Stealth Saddle for my mountain bike. Awesome product. Thank you for your help!!.

I purchased a giant fathom 29er. the service I received was excellent!! Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. very accomodating with test rides also me being a novice rider providing me with the relevant information and products for the type riding I am pursuing. I will definitely be back

Great shop and great staff who know their products and don't try to sell you what you don't need. I'll keep shopping here no worries at all.
These whiners below are ridiculous, do you even know what goes into keeping a bike maintained? If you think it's not brain surgery why aren't you doing it yourself?
And for the person complaining the branded helmet is too expensive, do you really think this is something that makes a bad business? Not selling no name branded crap? Good on ya.response / report this review -
