I recently had the pleasure of using White Air Services for an AC service and repair in Adelaide, SA, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their services.

From the moment I contacted them to schedule the appointment, their customer service was exceptional. The representative on the phone was polite, informative, and answered all my queries with patience. They were able to schedule an appointment for me at a convenient time and gave me a reminder call before the technician arrived.

The technician who came to my house was also very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, wore a uniform, and had all the necessary tools to diagnose and fix the problem with my AC unit. Loved working with people from white air services, highly professional and knowledgeable people. I hired them for a new split AC installation and repairs on another AC that I have. Everything went smoothly without any hiccups. Would highly recommend them. One of the best in Adelaide for sure.

I had an issue with my Bonaire evaporative air conditioner. Spoke with Mark on the phone and he was able to diagnose the problem via our conversation. I'm located in Coromandel Valley, he was able to attend quickly and bring the parts needed to fix my problem with him. Saved me time and cost because of his expertise. I now use White Air Services for our pre summer servicing every year. I would also note that Mark kept his work area and access to man hole neat and tidy, unlike other tradies I have used.

Excellent service. Older split system air conditioner fan had stopped cooling, it was located awkwardly about 2 metres above the ground. Mark diagnosed the problem quickly, had to order a part to complete the repair but did a temporary repair to get it working. Installed the new part when it arrived and the air conditioner is working like new.
