  Highly professional - On time, and great to deal with. Highly compliment the driver who took time to "think" to the best location for the delivery rather than just "dump" it - if your looking to rent anything this is the company for you.

  I wish I can give 0 star rating. Wasted my whole day promising again and again with different ETA and at the end cancel the booking by saying they cant do it. My whole project got delayed

  Poor quality product and incompantant staff.
  
  I hired a concrete grinder and M Class vacuum. The M Class vacuum was not working properly when I first turned on the machine. I called and an apprentice was sent out and he told me it wasn't cleaned properly, he even told me this happens often! I waited about a hour for him to return. I turned on the grinder and once again there was no suction. The apprentice came back and he also couldn't seem to get it to work. The unit was then taken again. This time they claim it was the setting on the machine, however when the apprentice tried it was on the righg setting.
  
  I ended up using it but as there was so much dust left I hired a M class vacuum from Kennards and what a difference. Not only did it work but the machine was clean, newer and staff much more profession.
  
  After all this they claim it was "user fault" and charged me for a extra day. When I disputed this a store credit was offer but I have zero need for this service again and don't want to go back.
  
  I felt the staff at Pacific to be arrogant and all about blaming the customer.
  
  I also questioned if I needed a mask and was told its not that necessary. I did bring this up but a excuse was made once again.
  
  I think customer eduction and safety is critical.
  
  Pacific were cheap but you get what you pay for. Kennards offered a much better quality service with professional staff, unlike Pacific

  I have been working with Rob closely for the last few years now, service has been top notch as always. Machines have always come in clean, new and in time. I have also had their managers come on to site to assess the correct machinery as some projects require intricate machinery.
  
  Yesterday was a Public Holiday/Boxing Day and I had an emergency project that required an excavator to be hired. Dean, the Hire Controller took my phone call and organized the machine hire and was surprisingly on time this morning!
  
  Fantastic service! Recommend all who require machine hire without any hassles!
