I cannot express enough, my happiness in discovering Craig & the team at Matilda Veneer.
1. Product
They deliver a product that is what they say it is. Surface uniformity fully complies with the standard they offer. Not marginal compliance, but full compliance. Also, their 5 ply composition seems to ensure sheet flatness that is superior to all competition.
2. Service
Fantastic! I asked if it was possible to receive sheets that do not suffer from application of a large & ugly ink stamp showing compliance to a standard.
Comment from my former supplier: "No mate. We always apply that stamp & we will apply it to your order whether you want it or not".
Comment from Craig: "Sure Chris. I will ensure your sheets are not stamped. In any event we use a removable sticker but I will ensure there are no stickers on your sheets."
