  So happy with my new curtain. Customer service was excellent (thanks Abbi!) pricing transparent and a big shout out to Corey who did the measure and install. Feeling comfortable with the tradesperson coming into your home is key (for me as a single woman anyway) and Corey brings exactly the right level of friendliness and professionalism. Super happy with the whole process from start to finish and would recommend.

  I've been nothing but impressed with the team at DIY Blinds. We just wanted something really simple and affordable. Paulina helped me out with the booking which was fabulous (she even managed to get me some money back). As was Rachel and Sara from the Operations team. Aaron who came out for the check and measure and the installation was amazing as well. He made recommendations that were very good, and the workmanship was fantastic. Thank you team! We'll come back when we need to do the rest of the house!

  I would not recommend DIY Blinds if you are looking for timely delivery. I chose DIY Blinds because they promised 3 week turnaround, 2 weeks for manufacture and 1 week for delivery. I ordered on Nov 4th. I still have yet to receive my curtains, and it’s been 6 weeks. Horrible accountability, no apologies. I have to chase up for an update. If I had known I would have gotten my blinds somewhere else. Customer service before my order was great.

  If I could give 10 stars I would!! We hunted around for awhile for blinds we could measure ourselves and that we could save money on, landing on these guys as the best and most affordable option. I liked that the products were made here in Australia and the wait times for manufacturing were much shorter than other companies and the price was better as well. The blinds arrived super quickly and we were very happy with the quality. We did however have an issue with a couple not shutting as tightly as they should (we purchased timber venetian blinds) and the mechanism seemed to be faulty after a few uses. After contacting their support team to see what we could do, I was asked to send a video of the issue, which was easily done. After forwarding this to the manufacturers, Marcus then got back to us and said that they would send out replacement blinds, no further questions asked, AND NO COST TO US AT ALL. I was absolutely gobsmacked, not only quick and efficient customer service for an issue, but also just incredible generosity in producing two new blinds for us at no cost. They arrived even quicker than the first lot and are in perfect working order. We are just so incredibly grateful and never expected such a fantastic result. We are recommending DIY Blinds to all our friends and plan to use them for all our future blinds purchases. Thanks so very much guys, you are running a fantastic business!

  Their customer service has been impeccable. Responded to emails straight away and followed up afterwards. Their technician Yoshi was also excellent and communicated everything perfectly. They were on time and reliable and the shutters looks great. Our neighbours are now using them as they were so impressed.
