NOT EVEN WORTH A ONE STAR. I've being dealing with this company to renew my public liability month before it expires. after giving them 3 followup calls and emails someone called chesley ( ARROGANT, RUDE, HAS NO SENCE HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS) rung me 3 days before expiring and said they are struggling to get an insurer. But still trying and he will confirm by end of that day. Heard nothing from this guy.
Today one day before policy get expires Maddison (previous agent I dealt before) sending me an email saying they are unable to find an insurer. Absolutely DISAPPOINTED. Don't waste your time on these type of people. Absolutely USELESS.
