Very poor service. It even not worth one star. Very Disappointed!! Don't go!!

The new owner is hopeless. Last Friday, we went to order the pizza by the advertisement on the window " 2 large pizza and garlic bread $25".

When we pick up, I didn't find my garlic bread. So I ask for the bread. The Indian manager said because I didn't ask for the garlic bread when I put the order. So I would not have one this time. However, they didn't even ask me whether I need a bread or not when I order it.

I feel the advertisement they put is a fraud. Also I feel it is unfair because I paid the same amount money but I don't have a bread. After a discussion, the only reply I received from the manager is " I CAN'T HELP YOU"

So shocked!! I can't believe this is from the manager the one who should solve the problem instead of creating problems.

This place used to be a nice friendly restaurant. And always is the first choice for us to go for the local pizza. Very disappointed for the change.

    Never come back again!!!

Had an appointment in Point Cook just after lunch time. Walked down this street to see what was on offer, most venues not yet open or still closed. Decided on this place.
Service was ok but they obviously made an error with the meals. My veal scallopini was put up on the pass along side a bowl, the waitress checked the docket and then went and spoke to the chef. My meal was bought out and my partner was told her’s wouldn’t be much longer. I watched the chef put a play in the microwave and then watched it come out. It was my partners lasagna. It arrived covered in sauce with apologies.
My veal was soggy and the pumpkin mash very tart. The mushroom gravy had an unpleasant burnt flavour to it.
My partners lasagna was basically several sheets of pasta and sauce, it was rock hard at one end.
    Very disappointed.
The waitress knew how unimpressed we were and didn’t even ask if everything was ok.

Will not be coming back to this β€˜restaurant’ and will not be seeking to eat at Point Cook again.

    Less than one star.

Service below average. Food tastes like feet. Joke of an Italian restaurant. Will never return.

While the food is average at best., management and service is poor. No wonder on a Saturday night you have more staffs serving and cooking than the number of diners.

Its a shame... But it could have been a great local Italian restaurant as the restaurant is blessed with generous space in a premium location.

    Hope things sorts out soon.

What was once a fabulous little family friendly restaurant has gone to the dogs. Pizzas so greasy they can't be consumed and take away service so poor that makes you wish you'd stayed at home

I have tried vivere three times. The staff are fast, friendly and accommodating. The owner is a warm and welcoming man. You feel like you're going to a friends house.

Unfortunately this friend isn't a great cook.

The first visit my dessert was topped with a berry compote but salt was accidentally used instead of sugar.

Because of the fabulous service I came back with my husband for a dinner. My seafood pasta was over cooked and bland. My husband's pizza had far too much cheese so it was soggy with oil.

This morning it was the only place open in my way home from hospital. I ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were far too rare and I like mine in the very runny side. The hollandaise was watery and flavorless.

Another testament to the service, they have offered to refund me straight away for anything I didn't eat.

We love having an Italian place near home. We just wish they could simplify the menu and master a few classics

OMG. The most disgusting food i have EVER eaten. Expensive too. If you're going to have Italian food on the menu, make sure your chefs know how to cook it. Mussels with a horrible thick tomato sauce. Calamari rings that were soggy and hard. Chicken parmagiana with barely any cheese and a thick horrible tasteless crumb which came with cold uncooked chips. Only good thing was the chocolate mouse. NEVER EVER again!!!

Polite and friendly service, food was ok but not a standout. Waiter messed up order but did apologise. Ended up eating mains apart as they didn't hold the dish they got right. Bathrooms are disgusting. Not authentic when there is no spoon with the pasta.

Nice ambience. Great customer serviceπŸ‘οΌŒour waitress is Tara who is very approachable and lovely. we ordered pasta and risotto, very satisfied. Oh, they do great coffee, too. Overall, it's an excellent experience. Better than some fine dining restaurants we've been to. One of the best place to try in Point Cook. Highly recommend.
