Very well appointed room and friendly helpful staff

Very very disappointed with the cleanliness in this room.
The elec kettle was dirty. The window ledges had all mould and dirt.
We open the sofa couch only to find live walking insects, this was so disgusting I almost vomited 🤮. We checked out immediately. My sister also got a reaction on her arms from sitting on the couch for some time from the insects.
We asked for a refund of the night we stayed but they refused saying they did not find anything. This was so disappointing as I had taken a video of this as proof.
So not only did they not refundable us but they lied about it. There was like 12 of them walking in the mattress of the sofa couch so I’m sure they could not have missed it.
I’ll Never ever go there again. It’s so not up to standards.response / report this review -

Clean apartment in a great location with good parking, however I was freezing at night as there was only one thin blanket on the bed and no spares, the couch needs cushions to make it even vaguely comfortable and there and none provided and you need a magnifying glass to watch the tiny tv in the bedroom.

Nice room with good amenities. The bathroom catered for all guests with a wall bench in the shower that could be folded away, hand rails around shower and toilet, and no step. This also meant water went everywhere though. Nice little stove in the kitchenette with all cooking implements provided, a bar fridge and microwave as well as tea/coffee supplies. The bed was quite comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were provided in the mirrored wardrobe. The doors onto the private deck were difficult to lock/unlock and left small gaps at the bottom but this didn't deter from the rest of the room. Breakfast is provided at an extra cost which I didn't have. The hotel also has private underground parking, a spa for guests on the top level and a gym downstairs. It is close to some nice little cafes, restaurants and the Williamstown Yacht Club. Service was prompt and friendly.

Close to cafe strip and to the bay. Classic views of Melbourne. Staff was extremely helpful. Had a great sleep. Rate was very competitive. Loved Williamstown. Would definitely come again.
