Pricing is competitive. Booking was easily done over the phone. Angelo arrived on time, steam cleaned 3 bedrooms and a hallway in less than an hour. But the carpets were cleaned and smelt like a luxury hotel room. The quality of service, workmanship and cleaning products used were high standards. I can strongly recommend Wizard Cleaning for your next service.

Delighted (again!) with the thorough and professional service. My son vomited in his room, our room, the hall and all over my work chair. Angelo came out the same day I rang and did an excellent job. He even steam-cleaned and deodorised my chair for no extra charge. So helpful. I highly recommend this great company. Thank you!

This morning I was rudely awaken by an ungodly sound. It was my dog. Throwing up on the carpet in the bedroom. I lept out of bed, and as I was trying to clean up the mess, he managed to make his way into the living room - and throw up on the rug there too.
After a quick Google search, I found Wizard, and gave them a call. Lisa, who answered the phone call arranged for someone to come and do the job that day, around lunch time.
Angelo was the gentleman that arrived - one of the owners of the business. He was super friendly, and managed to do a stellar job, getting the carpet and rug looking new again. While he was there, I also got him to steam clean the sofa, as I had been meaning to get that done. All of this work cost $140, and he even did my ottomon for free. I thought that was excellent value for money given the level of responsiveness and service.
Highly recommend this company, and will be in touch to arrange for them to clean all the carpets at my parents' place as well.response / report this review -

Angelo did the most amazing job, our tiles were in a filthy condition and he honestly made them look brand new. The picture says it all. He also didn't charge us any additional fees for the extra time he had to spend on the job. We couldn't be happier and Angelo was extremely helpful and such a gentleman! Very affordable, quick and convenient, will definitely be using his services again!

Unpleasant experience with the guys at Wizard carpet cleaning,
We organized a simple grout and carpet clean as we where selling our house and thought this would the right thing to do although it wasn't required it's a nice thing to do for someone looking to buy a new house.
On arrival they suggested that not much is required and I shouldn't even bother with most of the job I requested, I still requested they proceed.
After cleaning the grout they then switched to cleaning the carpet using the same equipment that I thought was strange.
After the job had been completed approximately an hour later all the carpets had lifted and went wavey, I contacted Wizard and they had a response of it's cheap carpet and it will settle down and to be fair it did.
The real issue come after the carpet had dried and a bleach stain was found in the first room that was cleaned after cleaning the tiles, Originally I was advised to not bother with this room as it was perfect as they where already there I insisted on proceeding.
I contacted Wizard to come look and redo the room they did and this only made the issue worse leaving a bleach smell also
I contacted Wizard again to come look again and they didn't and insisted it was already there and looks like a milk stain which you think a professional carpet cleaner could get out that was the case.
I had an independent come and assess the damage and it was found to be bleach product, I contacted Wizard to help rectify the issue once again with no response
It's disappointing that for a company that is normally professional cannot own up to its own mistakes.response / report this review -

Cannot even begin to describe how dissatisfied I am with this company. I made a booking to have our carpet cleaned based on the glowing reviews I read here. A guy turned up, took him barely an hour to get through all of the rooms. He used the same dirty water for all of them. Suffice to say, the results were appalling. As it’s an old carpet we weren’t expecting anything amazing but what we got was beyond a joke. I cannot fathom how based on most of the reviews I’m seeing here, our service was so subpar. I initially considered demanding Wizard send someone to rectify the matter but ultimately decided I didn’t want to risk it with them again. We arranged for another company to come out and have since been informed it would appear the initial cleaner didn’t even use detergent! We had our carpets cleaned again, properly this time and the difference is striking. I will not recommend Wizard to any of my family or friends. Quite the opposite in fact.

I called Wizard Cleaning to clean my carpets in my lounge and family area. I explained to them it was an extreme emergency as my wife was due back from Queensland and we had a Bathurst day party. My carpets were in a very bad state. They were extremely understanding about my predicament and were at my place on Sunday night. The carpet came up like new and I breathed a sigh of relief. Awesome job guys. Saved my nuts👍👍

Have used these guys before and they're usually good. This time around I had the tiles cleaned and they missed about 2 tiles in the corner which are still dirty. Unfortunately I didn't notice until the kitchen area had dried up a little that I could walk on it. Also it's been a day and a half and there's still noticeable wet patches/residue. I'm assuming it's the chemicals as water surely would've dried by now..
EDIT: This was the first time I've had the tiles done, previously I only had the carpets cleaned which were well done. I wasn't aware of the missed spot until later that night when some parts of the tile were dry enough to walk on. Regarding the 24-48 hour wait, I was just told it would be an hour to dry. I don't recall any mention of 24-48hr wait. Overall I was happy with the cleanliness of the tiles afterwards though as I can tell from the spot that was missed. In saying all this, I would still use them again but next time I'd be more active in checking for missed spots.response / report this review -

Angelo and Michael are in the process of steam cleaning our sofa, our rug in our lounge room plus the two bedrooms and our mattress and I tell you what- I will most DEFINITELY be using them again and again for our cleaning. We had them booked in for 9am and they even arrived earlier than the expected arrival time. Not only are they friendly, professional and also offer good advice but they have done a fantastic job! So impressed with their service. Everyone needs to use wizard cleaning services!! You will not regret it!!

I booked Wizard for an overdue Saturday afternoon clean after seeing the good reviews on Facebook and Google and they indeed lived up to the reviews. Arrived punctually and they were so friendly, considerate and professional . The carpet is now really clean. Another thing was they charged me the quoted cost with nothing hidden or extra. I'll definitely be recommending to my friends.

We booked Wizard for a Saturday afternoon carpet and tile clean. Michael was extremely consultative throughout and spent more time than he needed to at our apartment to ensure a great job was done. Our shower was in abysmal shape but now looks great. Our carpet is also looking brand new. Michael also provided notes about pre-existing stains for us to provide to our landlord - extremely helpful. I would recommend to friends.

Booking was done with ease through the phone, called for carpet steam cleaning for a small studio apartment in the city.
It was finished in only 20 minutes with fantastic results, done by skilled and friendly staff. They even called to let me know they were running late by 10 minutes.
Their services are not overpriced as well, I was charged the price that was quoted and there were no hidden costs.response / report this review -

First off, I was very pleased when Wizard was able to fit my carpet and tile cleaning job in between Christmas and New Year. Ange and Claudette from Wizard were prompt, friendly, and full of helpful and practical maintenance hints. The carpets came up a treat, and I could hardly believe the difference to the tile floors! Amazing results!! Thanks Wizard - a great way to start the New Year.

The team at Wizard are just fantastic. I love that they are a family business and the team that steam cleaned my carpet were a lovely husband and wife.
