Bad Customer Service, the lady was so angry at me, don’t even let me speak . Totally unnecessary

Only two staff members working who were both serving sit down customers, needed help with a quick enquiry which was buying a handbook. Was not able to get any help at all. Surprised as I usually get very good service from RAC
