I'm very pleased with my new rings. The four claw setting for my round brilliant cut diamond is beautiful. Charles was very helpful and generous with his time in making sure I'd chosen the right stone. The workmanship by the jeweller is superb. I can highly recommend MDT Design.

We first brought my engagement ring from MDT because we love the unique designs. Since then we have also brought hubby and my wedding bands, an upgraded wedding band and also eternity rings. Our yearly checks and cleans are part of the wonderful service MDT provide.
When I decided to get an item of jewellery made there was no other place we would go. Nick and Cecilia were so patient with us during the design process and I am now the very proud owner of a stunning diamond bangle with touches of Ruby representing my dearly missed mum and dad.
If you are after uniqueness, extremely high quality, fantastic staff and service then MDT is the place to go.response / report this review -

What sets MDT apart is their service - and not just the service you get whilst you're designing your jewellery. The post-sales service is just as amazing, particularly the life time 'servicing' of your jewellery at no extra cost. The team are very friendly, knowledgeable and warm and make for a 5* experience.

I’m so glad I stumbled across MDT design when in search of someone to fix my engagement ring, and have the main diamond replaced. Cecilia has been wonderful to deal with - she’s been lovely, professional and knowledgeable from the start and had my ring back to me when promised, and looking brand new - complete with a very good quality, conflict-free diamond. She even included free maintenance and cleaning of my wedding band (neither ring was purchased from there originally but that wasn’t a problem.) I highly recommend her and the team at MDT, thankyou Cecilia!

We were so lucky to stumble across MDT as our first shop for an engagement ring. No other store came close to them in professionalism and custom craftsmanship. Kosta and the team are warm, attentive and so knowledgable. Kosta really went above and beyond when designing my engagement ring to make sure it had the wow factor we were looking for. When my partner proposed it really took my breath away! Having our wedding bands designed by MDT was the next step. It’s worth noting the comfort fit on my husbands wedding band is fantastic. The complimentary polishing service is also a great way to keep our rings in perfect condition year round. We couldn’t be happier with our choice, thank you MDT design!

I went to see MDT to adjust my bespoke ring, because I heard they specialise in custom jewellery and I wanted to make sure someone cared about my ring. I am so pleased with the support and advice (and the work!) that I wish I had of asked them to make my ring in the first place!

We bought our wedding bands from Kosta and the team at MDTdesign and could not be happier with the product, price and service, and are kicking ourselves that we didn't use them for the engagement ring as well! The team are truly experts in their field and have fantastic taste when recommending styles and options yet always listened first and took the time to actually understand our own style and what we were after. We ended up with a combination of two thin rose gold bands that sandwiched the engagement ring, creating a unique effect that the missus absolutely loved. My wedding band was a white gold band with two central grooves and bevelled edges, but tinted dark so it looks almost gunmetal. The personal service was greatly appreciated and we never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Resizing and maintenance was also a breeze. Cannot recommend MDTdesign highly enough - we will be lifetime customers.

My experience with MDT was exceptional, from the diamond selection process, through the design, and the crafting of the ring.
Peter designed a beautiful piece that tickets all the boxes. Elegant, Classic, and Unique, a combination I didn't think would be entirely possible but Peter made it happen.

After shopping around the CBD at around a dozen shops, MDT were clear stand outs from the start and the 5 star google review is absolutely justified. I dealt with Costa who was professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his business. Obviously not something I'd done before, he helped me through the process of building my engagement ring and the product was even better than the service.
We were both absolutely taken back by the quality and workmanship of the ring. Not only was the end product amazing, the ongoing service is impeccable. Every time we go in for a clean, they are just as friendly as always.

I took my grandmothers diamond ring to be remade and Kosta helped me choose the design and answered all my questions promptly. I changed the design a couple of days after and Kosta completely understood what I wanted to change over the phone! Man it's a stunning piece indeed! Thanks to you guys I can now wear my grandmas gift to me. Cannot thank you enough. If anyone wants a bespoke piece made, this is the place to go!!!- Kunal

Incredibly helpful, easy to talk too and upfront. MDT design was the only jeweller in the city that would even look at my vintage engagement ring. After being turned away from 8 different jewellers, I was feeling really frustrated and wondering if I'd ever get to wear my engagement ring. The lady at MDT was really friendly and helpful. She was upfront about how the design would be a little more complicated to resize but as able to assure me that they could fix anything that may go wrong due to the wide vintage design. What was even better is they actually work on-site and they completed my resizing within 4 days. Every other jewelers just seems to be a showroom. My ring came back even better than expected! It looks amazing, has had a really good clean and the resizing work is spot on! I couldn't be happier and will be back again

I went into MDT Design to reset some jewellery - my grandmother's rings that I never wore because of the old-fashioned settings, and a necklace that scratched my neck. I have always admired their designs and knew I would get something truly unique and extremely high quality. I had some ideas from the internet, but spent a fun-filled couple of hours designing and drawing with Peter. It was great to see him in his element, playing with shape, colour and settings. A month later I have three beautiful pieces. A ring set that really showcases the stones and can be worn in a number of different combinations. The third piece is so unique and Peter's favourite! A pendant that can hang vertically, horizontally, or be worn on my wrist So difficult to explain, but so versatile and so funky!
I am incredibly pleased with the service and the final products. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can't recommend them highly enough. I fully trust them, they are honest, there is no pressure and their passion and talent is obvious. The old pieces that had a lot of sentimental value, now have a new life and will be worn rather than hiding in a dusty box. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Peter!response / report this review -

These guys are awesome. I went there for my engagement ring, that they were able to design exactly the way I wanted it, with a great attention to details and top quality diamonds. The price was very competitive and on top of that they provided excellent service, great advice and they were always friendly and helpful. A few months later I went back with my fiancée for our wedding bands and received the same high quality service and beautiful rings. Highly recommended!

From the moment I first entered MDT Design in 2010, I discovered a whole new world. The atmosphere and surroundings are beautiful, sophisticated, classy and inviting.
We were spoilt for choice from classic to modern design rings and with the help and expert knowledge of the staff we managed to find our perfect wedding rings & my engagement ring.
I recently returned to MDT Design with 2 rings of immense sentimental value (my grandmothers wedding & engagement rings). I had long wanted to have them redesigned into one ring that I could wear.
Peter developed a design that was exactly what I had envisaged. The final result was even more I could have ever wished for.
MDT Design is unique and unlike any other jewellers. When you leave the premises you feel "like a million $$$" and that you are part of a new family.

One could not speak highly enough of the amazing team at MDTdesign. In all facets of their business they are amazing - the design team and their beautiful creations to front of house and their faultless customer service. My husband and I have been admirers to repeat customers for over 6 years now and always walk away very happy. Do yourself a favour and visit the team at MDTdesign. You wont be disappointed :)
