Haven't really done engagement ring shopping before, but was very impressed with the standard of professionalism that ADC shows with all stages of their service. From their friendly service team and wealth of experience, I was reassured throughout the whole process that they had my best interests at heart.
My fiance and I enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to get our wedding rings here as well. Thank you particularly to Tina for your hard work and putting up with my indecisiveness. All of your suggestions were just so good I had a tough time choosing the best 😁

I recently returned to the Australian Diamond Company to have my engagement and wedding rings checked over and cleaned. The service I receive there is second to none! I am always made to feel so welcome and like such a valued customer. The staff are so warm and friendly but also extremely professional. I can't recommend them enough!

Choosing an engagement ring is a very stressful time, but thankfully I was lucky enough to have Riley assist me every step of the way from the moment I made the appointment to come in, until I received the final product! She made the entire experience very easy and smooth and I am extremely happy with the overall product as well as attention to detail received. Highly recommend speaking to Riley if you're visiting the showroom on Lonsdale, but in saying that the rest of the staff there are just as professional and amazing at their job so I doubt the experience would've been any different had I been assisted by anyone else. Thank you again!

Thank you to the team at ADC, everyone is so wonderful and professional. Tamara is amazing, she is so funny, friendly and a true diamond expert. She helped my fiance design my dream engagement ring and she was so patient and helpful every step of the way. I strongly recommend booking a consultation with her!
Peter made my ring and I am so happy with his masterpiece. I can't help but admire it all the time!

Today I met Brenda for my scheduled maintenance visit and she returned my ring looking brand new, super sparkly and clear! I forgot how good my ring could look! She was so sweet and lovely :)

We went to a few diamond stores and upon our first consultation with Ruby, we were confident that we would want our rings from ADC. Ruby was highly knowledgeable, advising us what is possible and not. Since our rings were custom made (custom designed), a mock up had to be done,this was handled well by the ADC team. I will have no hesitations to get our next anniversary ring from ADC again.

From start to finish Mary and her team were simply amazing to deal with. Explained stones, colors, shapes and sizes and helped me design my now wife’s perfect engagement ring. Since then we’ve been back for wedding bands for both of us and another band for first anniversary. Everyday my wife will have comments on how amazing the rings look and the sparkle they have!
If you are looking at buying a ring there is no other place to go as you will receive the best, friendliest and most professional service every time you visit. Free cleaning of rings anytime is a free added service which is a bonus.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ruby. She helped us with the whole process of getting an engagement ring. She was amazing in the way she handled herself and did an amazing job helping us find the perfect ring. She was extremely patient with us even though we didn’t have much of an idea of what we wanted.
Could not recommend the ADC or Ruby highly enough.

After accidentally losing my wedding band and having to organise a replacement, i was very dubious about ever feeling happy with a replacement. As soon as i entered the showroom and met George for my appointment, my concern quickly turned into anticipation and excitement. George was so patient helping me redesign my replacement ring and his advice was so helpful. When i returned for my collection appointment, i was so impressed with the workmanship. The ring is even better than my original and compliments my engagement ring so much more now.
I cannot thank the ADC team enough for their warm service and honest dealings. I highly recommend anyone in the market for wedding rings to visit George and his team. I love my new ring!

I had a fantastic experience at ADC. I spent a few weeks visiting several jewellers to see who could help me craft a ring for my fiance. These guys we are absolute stand out, they took the time to help me understand the various options and their advice was fantastic. They were never pushy and made me feel 100% comfortable with my purchase. I recently collected my ring and the workmanship is outstanding. I would highly recommend ADC to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring.

I went to ADC to buy an engagement ring for my partner. Ruby was incredibly helpful from our first meeting, taking me step-by-step through everything I needed to consider before committing to a ring. I always felt as though Ruby was providing the right advice for me, never pushing something she didn't personally feel was a good fit for my partner. I will definitely recommend my friends go to ADC for a ring, and will be coming back when it's time to look into wedding bands. Fantastic experience! Mary assisted us from start to finish and we were presented with our polished engagement ring on the day. We heard about ADC from word of mouth and decided to have a weekend getaway in the Melb CBD, stopped by ADC on the way and that was the hi-light of our trip. Fantastic personalised service. We really enjoyed the one to one consultation. Tamara is the best in the business. She's really warm and patience. She guided us through all the steps in choosing our most special diamond. Our one of the kind. We now just return to ADC for our wedding band after having a look around. I first met with Andie in November last year and then really worked together with her in January this year. What impressed me more then just her overall knowledge of the diamonds and rings, was her patience and the ability to explain step by step on how to choose and help design the best possible ring for someone who had no idea where to start. The ring turned out to be spectacular and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend ADC and Andie for those looking to make that all important decision.

It was a really enjoyable experience going through the display to pick an engagement ring for my girlfriend. It's cool how you select a ring design and then a diamond to go with it. Mary explained all about the rings and diamonds as I had no experience previously, and didn't try to stretch my budget like some other companies would. I know I got a high quality product with lifetime guarantee. Once I had chosen and paid the deposit she was even able to get the designers to have the ring ready one week later as I am taking it overseas to propose. It would normally take a few weeks otherwise. The ring also looks fantastic of course.

One of the best service I've ever received not only they provided me with best service and picking the right ring for my wife they also help me save money as well(saving of 20k if I had shop at Tiffany for a SMALLER diamond as well). Furthermore I was able to get the size I wanted and colour for a really good price. Kimberly and Gina who works there know their rings and diamonds very well and they looked after me the whole way. I have recommended to all my mates to this store and ask for these two workers as they have very good customer service and very knowledgeable in diamonds. I can't thank them enough and now my wife now is very happy with her diamond ring.
