Have never experienced worse service from a service provider ever. Wish I'd have read the reviews before going there. Not again.

Thanks for nothing! A really good example of how NOT to deal with customers. RWC inspection took a whole day and the explanation afterwoods was as informative as talking to a stone except the stone would be a bit more friendly.

Not recommended for RWC! Took my car for a RW inspection early in the morning and the car was gone for incredible 7 hours. I called several times but there weren't any explanations or reasons for this massive delay. When they were done I got a call telling me the mechanic will leave in 5 minutes without going with me through the issues. I hurried up and was lucky to catch the guy. He didn't even show the minimum respect like an apology for the delay and just listed the rw issues. Questions were answered in an arrogant and unfriendly way. He quoted me on $2.200 for the repairs which is nothing more than a bad joke. I did the repairs with another mechanic and paid $600 in total. Of course I made a new rw inspection but never ever again at this place.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE! I had a RWC test done on previous car I was selling. It took a week until a general round about sort of estimate was given over the phone as to cost of repairs. This was then blown out to $1100, hundreds more than agreed. When I picked up the car it was parked in the side street with the rear facing away from garage so when I approached I did not see rear damage from when they backed my car into who knows what? I drove it home to find a huge dint in the boot. They took responsibility for the damage a few days later as the owner kept hanging up on my phone calls to his mobile until then. Repairs then took 3 more weeks for a simple dint and I had to knock off money from the sale price to keep the buyer happy as he waited over a month for a simple roadworthy. Overall their customer service and communication is appalling. Dishonest Dodgy Mechanics!!!
