Had our car serviced there twice without any issues. But like all businesses, everything is fine until there is a problem. And judging by how one staff member reacted to a small problem, we could only imagine how it would have developed if it was something major. Needless to say, I could see the look and my husbands face was of restrained anger as he was contemplating what to do to the sales person after he heard how this staff member had spoken to me. The amount of excuses that were put forward by the sales person, it was quick clear that they would never accept responsibility for anything even when they were caught out. It's a shame that somebody with such lack of customer care skills had been put in this position but unfortunately we will never get our car serviced there again.

DON'E EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE SHIFTY DOGS!
took my car in for their advertised $110 service - my car was running perfectly fine before i took it to this place!
they listed a number of problems with the car, i gave the go ahead for a few things which was fine.
they quoted me $600, I ended up paying $850 only for me to take my car back the next day as when i was idle the car was shaking around a ridiculous amount. they apologised and said someone had forgot to fit a coil correctly - they said it was all fixed - the next day the same thing happened, my car violently shaking around - took it back - they claimed it was fixed.
the next day my car was leaking oil (the whole oil tank btw) so i took it back, they apologized and said it was "human error". they said it was fixed. so after 4 consecutive days of me going in to this place, they claimed my car was fine. 5-6 weeks after my "service", my car started leaking oil again - i took it back in and demanded they fix it as last time i took my perfectly running car in for a general service, only for it to be completely fucked the next day. they claimed the oil was leaking from the timing cover and said it was going to cost roughly $2500 to fix. so they said either have it fixed or get a new car. i went to another mechanic to get a second opinion - the second mechanic told me oil was leaking from the engine because a washer had come loose (obviously because these guys have no idea what they were doing) and it would cost $30 to fix NOT $2500. so basically, my car went in running fine, came out completely fucked only for them to try and scam me out of $2500.

Very helpful, found a crack in my rim which is why when i got it fixed at another place it went down again, referred me to an alloy wheel repairer and put my spare on for free
