Had new tyres fitted and 1 patched, patch failed called to get it fixed, "oh I can't do anything until I see the car". Learn how to use technology buddy, you've got a CRM system use it

Went there for two new tires, ended up being forced to have a wheel alignment done as well. Not only did they break one of my camber bolts they also failed to achieve the wheel alignment that I so desperately needed according to the salesman..

I then had to go and spend another $200 at an actual suspension place to do the alignment properly, fix the bushes and replace the bolt because Bob Jane were not taking any responsibility for the damage.

Had taken in my land rover for alignment today and I must say the service and work done is excellent here far better any any other tyre shop i have visited .

Very dody business, just ripping off customers. I came here to do my car wheel alignment. Their employee on checking my car told me my car right front suspension was broken which was in fact completely fine as I had no issues with it. They charged me $50 for nothing and was pushing me to replace my car suspension. Seeing they were just there to steal money from people, I had to go all the way from dandenong to mornington to my own mechanic. When my mechanic checked my car, he did not find anything wrong with my car and he did wheel alignment for me. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Bob Jane in particular the dandenong one and I will certainly not recommend for anyone. They are just looters

I had a flat which couldn't be replaced, the guys set up the tire for me the next day. straight away and called me thing thing in the morning, saying it was ready.
