  Brought in a non braap related pit bike , and old mate Pauly went absolutely above and beyond with his amazing service and stayed in an hour and abit over time to help me out with my bike on a Saturday afternoon just before the big game between Richmond and GWS. And he gave us his personal number to help us out after hours. He got both of our bikes running an absolute dream . Pauly is an absolute LEGEND deadset!

  Braaap were absolutely great, can't compliment them enough, Brad and the team are super friendly and really willing to help.
  Even though my credit was refused (I have no rating in Australia yet) Brad is willing to do what it takes for me to get my bike.
  I can't wait to get things under way as their store and bikes look fantastic and are perfect for a new rider! And you can't beat those prices!

  Bought their Braaap bike in-store. Paid full price for an aftermarket seat that goes with the bike also, and the staffs literally just swapped a used seat from Brad's bike over to my bike. I mean - if you're going to refuse giving me a discount and then charge me full price for a product; you might as well run to the back and get me a brand new packaged one?
  Absolute joke.

  The team at Frankston where great! very helpful and trustworthy. We customised my cafe racer with ease. They showed me all the different parts and options and executed the job flawlessly ! The bike looks awesome.
