Got a quote and emailed to book in as travelling a long way. Never got a reply to confirm booking. Called up and told to bring it in. Told them I wanted a full system and on return had half a system fitted, nobody told me they only fitted half a system till I looked. Went back and asked what happened and got all the best excuses. "Didn't have the front part in stock" but couldn't call to tell me. Then Daniel was a prick when I complained about half a job and he said " well what do you expect me to do about it " a call to say we made a mistake and don't have your system in stock would have been nice. Poor service, poor backup and pretty rude when challenged. I'm sure they are not always like that but I waited around for 4 hours to get screwed over and let go without an explanation. Shame the boss wasn't in. Very poor performance and will get the rest of the job done elsewhere.

jason and crew supply one and fit of the best exhaust systems and support that i know,they are very happy to answer any questions and help the best way they can.i have no problem in recommending them as the cairns best exhaust specialists in cairns. will defiantly be back if i need them again.
