Fantastic customer service by Vin on arrival and beds were comfortable, these were the only positives. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that aspect. Room was dirty, curtains and carpet were dusty and stained and there was mould evident on the windows and wall behind the curtains. Not worth the price we paid mid week.

Quite and friendly. A really comfortable place to stay after a long days work. Resturant serves good breakfast and dinner options. Also within walking distance to amazing cheapeats

First room the A/C didn't work and fan was filthy. We got moved to another room. The electric blanket didn't work, the safe was locked and wouldn't open. One of the chairs was broken and about to collapse. Went to the office and was told all would be fixed. Went out and when we got back nothing had been done. Ashtrays everywhere outside so everything stunk of cigarettes. Room had dust behind bathroom door and on door, never cleaned. Bed was well overdue for replacement. Could go on and on. Would never stay there again.

This place used to be good, under new management the service has been poor, customer service is poor! We booked online through Waverley international upon arrivals the lady at the reception was confused had to call someone to check us in, after checking the ID's they asked for $250.00 for security which will be refunded after 10 working days, I clearly told them that this was my last time! Really disappointed with whole experience !

I've spent here 6 months in total. The staff and service was great, rooms clean, bed comfortable, small symbolic gift on holidays. A pleasant stay in general. The rooms have wired internet, Wi-Fi is not strong enough in all parts of the hotel, that could be improved.
