  Booked couple of rooms of Quest Glen Waverley this year for interstate staff and customer. The rooms is good and customer service is excellent.

  Nice stay and close to office works and The Glen.
  I stayed here for around 3 weeks and wasn't so bad.
  Nice receptionists whilst leaving for city when going overseas!

  A big, big thank you to Michelle Stein for taking care of my parcel!
  We stayed at Quest Glen Waverley in February. During this time I ordered something from Asos which I had delivered there. In the meantime we are now back at home in Darwin and I ordered something again but it ended up at Quest Glen Waverley. When I realised this I phoned Michelle who saw to it that my parcel gets send to me via post! She even provided me with the tracking number as soon as it was sent! Excellent service! And we loved staying there as well!

  We stayed here for 4 weeks while looking for a permanent place in Melbourne. I have nothing but good things to say! The room was huge and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying here!

  Stayed here for around 6 months in multiple trips. I can term it as it was my Australian Address.
  Good:
  Easily accessible by public transport.
  Spacious and well maintained rooms.
  Daily cleaning.
  Facilities in room are good(including kitchen)
  Seven eleven is located nearby and the Glen mall (which also has supermarkets) is just around 1 KM.
  Some good places to eat are also around 1 KM.
  Staff is supportive and accomodating.
  
  Cons:
  Didn't really find anything significant but gym can be improved.

  I stayed at the Quest apartments for 45 days and my stay has been fantastic and felt like home away from home.
  I recommend the place for business travellers on short work visits and family. The on suite kitchen is fully equipped and good facilities.
