Location is good and handy. Rooms are a bit tired. Service is perfect. Great view of water.. and city in the distance.

Stayed 3 times on 3 seperate occasions. The first there were bugs coming up from the drains we just put up with it. The second time the air conditioning was faulty and not working. It was winter and very cold. We had a new born baby that needed to be kept warm. We notified the management, whose solution was one tiny bar heater for the entire upper and lower apartment. No offer of moving was offered or some sort of credit was offered. The third time we stayed 5 days and had a big bug infestation coming out of the drains in the kitchen and laundry. Managements solution was to spray bug spray once, which didn’t stop the bugs. They never checked to see how the bug infestation was going and refused to leave any bug spray, so we could try and control the bugs ourself. Not good enough for a 4 Star motel.

Very beautiful view of a salt water lake from the room. Double storey and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing rooms and very accommodating staff. I had many requests due to me staying for my wedding and they were very happy to help me out.

A very quiet place to stay overlooking the Conservation Reserve with walking tracks and lakeside wildlife sanctuary but not much of place for convenience stores

Clean; but could do with some maintainence. Ceiling manhole cover half open and bathroom heater not working. But spacious rooms.

Long-term stay, the view on the water's edge is amazing, especially at sunset.

Was perfect for overnight stay with a work colleague. We enjoyed a lovely walk along the water in the morning.
