Accommodation is average to below. Paying $90 per night and wouldn't pay anymore.
The Hotel's restaurant is very very average.
Ordered a medium rare rump, came out flagged as it but close to well done.
Things are bad when a hotel restaurant cannot cook a steak properly.response / report this review -

Extremely disappointed with our stay here. Does not look anything like what is shown on the website. It has poor and unclean facilities. Could hear everything in the other rooms including when people went to the toilet. Toilet did not flush properly and ran water all night. Did not receive clean towels when room service came in morning, our wet towels were folded and placed back and had to reuse the following night. Felt concerned about the number of times we saw police drive into car park to do checks. My children and I felt unsafe. The lack of hygiene, facilities and cleanliness was poor.

Ordered Nasi Goreng for $27 dollars. Came out mushy with an undercooked egg! Tried eating a little bit but gave up after a few bites. The staff member that took it away said she would refund the meal and give me something else free of charge. After talking to someone else all she offered was a drink and said she would tell the kitchen it wasn't liked. to top it off one staff member is walking around saying how sick she is. Shame she is the one that pours the drinks and brings the food out. If you like overpriced, poor quality food this is the place for you!

we stayed for 2 nights at this place if i had have known i would need my tool box & plumbers tape i would have brought it. We stayed in room 8 the shower arm kept slipping had to stand under the shower & hold it up. Looked like the door had been busted in at some stage & the door didn't fit the frame the bathroom door also had been kicked in there were no bedside tables so we used a chair & an upturned bin. There was no microwave to use also no toaster & no flannel's for showering why you ask they were afraid someone was going to steal them. The power points were in the wrong place for a double bed the bed covered 1 side of the power points. Wifi didn't work at all had to connect threw the pubs wifi The only good thing i could say about this place the food was great & plentiful

Bar service is great. Beer is nice and cheap. Food is good value. Clientele is dandy's finest. Happy to go here every Friday after work.

Every Wednesday we go on steak night date night. The service is amazing and Rikki-lee and Nadine make the night so much enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for them.😊🐥🐥

Average - You get what you pay for - a cheap stay for a couple nights.
This place is what you would expect for a 3* Motel/Hotel, average rooms that could use a refurbish, basic amenities and private bathroom. Area not great but not bad and not too noisy. The beds are very comfortable and the room service staff are very friendly although they left our room door open after cleaning and we had gone out for a full day, nothing went missing but unreliable (also needs new doors) and because of that I wouldn't stay here again.response / report this review -
