  Waited for 25 min for a smoothie, ample staff to make the menu you advertisemay be your skill levels as food prep staff need some adjusting, along with your piss poor attitude towards paying public. I will today invest in a coffee machine, just one too many poor experiences at this terrible excuse for a cafe for me spend my money or wait in line at your cafe. And to have a manger scream I'll refund your money is justjustno words guys!

  Undercooked pancakes, and they argued over it and wouldn't cook fresh ones. Found out the pancakes are delivered and not cooked fresh. Hahaha how basic

  I'm a local and have eaten there quite a few times BUT today my food was down right horrible. I don't know if they have new cooks or what the reason is but $35 for lunch for 2 and that is without coffee or drinks as we had water was a huge waste of money. Our Bacon Avo and Chicken on toasted ciabita (which wasn't toasted by the way) was below average and something tasted very strange. Will not go there ever again and will not recommended it to visitors.

  WHERE WAS THE AVOCADO IN MY "AVOCADO SMASH".
  
  AVOCADO SMASH My favourite thing to eat at the Coffee Club.
  This week had it at
  DFO Coffee Club - fantastic with friendly service.
  Stockland Coffee Club - fantastic with amazing service
  SMITHFIELD COFFEE CLUB - FORGET IT. Ordered my smash , staff can hardly crack a smile. Smash arrives piled high with green, but guess what under near a teaspoon of Avocado spread sparingly over my toast and if there was FETA it must have jumped on and off the plate cause I couldn't find it.
  I SHOULD HAVE JUST ORDER A PIECE OF TOAST WITH LETTUCE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER VALUE.
  It is my understanding that a franchise prides it's self on consistency. NOT THE SMITHFIELD COFFEE CLUB.
  There are better coffee shops available give this one a miss.

  Hardly anyone in the shop. We were esting in and they had prefrence to take away. Wsted over twenty minutes to get our order. Not happy seeing people come in snd order there drinks and leave with thete order
