Never anything there that is advertised on website, always get the same comment from the staff 'maybe 2 or 3 weeks'.

The Grandchildren and I spent about an hour cruising around Toys"R" Us. They were so excited. The staff were very helpful . A pleasant outing.

WORST TOY STORE IN QLD
Rude staff
Over priced
The way i was treated /spoken to was nothing short of inhumane the buisness owner should be shot to condone this type of behaviour; your lucky i had my child with me or you all would have copped a flogging.response / report this review -

Very poor service in the baby section. One lady not interested in being there at all. Taking personal calls and not very helpful and no one else around. I ended up googling how the pram I wanted to buy worked as no one was there to help and they didn't have the adapters for the capsule to test either which meant buying a pram im not sure is going to work for me.

Toys r us side is fantastic but the babies r us side is pathetic. There is never any staff to help, you basically have to chase someone down for help and then they are not helpful at all. Its hard as this is the only baby shop in cairns. Most of us now resort to buying online or from townsville.
