This store, located in McLeod St opposite Cairns Central Shopping Centre is the largest Chemist organization in Australia. It sells everything from medical-need shoes, sandals, clothes and all other medical items. Even clothes wash powder/liquid. Lozenges, vitamins and so much more. They will sell in bulk too. Prescription medicines etc from doctors, guaranteed lowest prices. AKA drug store, pharmacy in other countries. Highly recommended.

A decent chemist with lots of visitors and a dizzying display of sale signs. The staff are generally friendly and the pharmacists always helpful. Not sure it is really Australia's cheapest chemist. They like to trick you into thinking they are, and the lack of customer service wouldn't make it worth it anyway. Open late though and next to Cairns central for convenience.
