Saw Amy again to take my dark Asian brunette balayage to a deep red balayage. Turned out amazing!! Could not recommend more!

I’ve been seeing Amy for the past few years now and I’m always satisfied with the results! She is very professional and experienced - she knows what I’m looking for to the point where I can work on my phone the entire session and have no worries about how my hair will turn out.

Service is always impeccable and very high quality. Always looking forward to my next appointment!

Loved the haircut I got by Melissa. She clearly new what she was doing and was really pleasant. I appreciated her feedback about my hair and wasn't pushy when it came to extra add ons. If I lived closer I'd be a consistent customer. The tea and cookie was a nice gesture as well.

Edit: updating my 4 years old review. Long time customer, I've never been loyal to a salon before stepping through the doors of Franck Provost CBD. Over 6 years, Alizé, Aimee and Melissa have looked after my hair and done their magic to get me from brunette to blonde (and reverse) a few times seamlessly.The quality remains constant and there's no surprise (or at least only good ones). Service is always impeccable and exceeding my expectations.

Had a cut with Bella. She’s been giving me tips re growing it out and getting it to where I want it after I had it quite short. Great experience overall, have been a few times and it’s always the same great experience and cuts.

I visited Franck Provost’s CBD salon for a hair colouring service before my wedding. My stylist David was amazing! He took the time to understand what I was after and gave very helpful guidance on what would work best for my hair. Not only was I blown away with the end result, the customer service was fantastic! I would not hesitate to go back again.

I had the best hair service form far since I am in Sydney with Alize. My colour was perfect, she suggested a change of colour which suits me better and did a great hair cut, easy to style at home. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went to the Franck Provost Sydney CBD salon after a very disappointing haircut from another salon and over a year of battling dry hair and a sensitive scalp. I've tried a few other salons and found that none of their recommendations had helped. From the beginning I was made to feel really welcomed and right at home. Alize took the time out to thoroughly assess the condition of my hair and talk me through how to get it back to looking healthy and address my sensitive scalp. She recommended a fantastic treatment and did an amazing job cutting my hair into a style that I can easily work with, and that really suits me. My hair looks and feels so much better.

Had a wonderful time in Franck Provost last weekend! It's been a while since I wanted to try a new hair salon to give my hair a fresh look; I do not regret choosing to go and pay a visit to the Franck Provost team, lovely staff with very helpful tips! Will definitely come back next time ;)

I'm not great at making and keeping appointments, but on the weekend I hit the jackpot. Went into Chatswood store with no idea what to do with my tired cropalong came the amazing Charlene. She was super creative and suggested a cut that suited me to a tee..I love it. Nothing ordinary about this hairdresser, she's converted me to someone who will definitely make & keep bookings if I will have her cutting my hair.

I had the most amazing first time experience at the Macquarie St. Franck Provost salon yesterday. I walked out feeling a million bucks (even after a long day at work). Isabelle was incredible - she listened to my requests and gave her thoughts on the options availableI walked out with fabulous blonde hair, far exceeding my expectations. All the staff were genuine, friendly and professional, not a hint of pretentiousness (commonly found at Sydney salons). I was so impressed, I booked my 6 week appointment immediately. Already excited for my next visit!

Coming from the UK, I have struggled over the past 2 years to find any hairdressers able to cut my short/curly hair. However, I came to Frank Provost on the recommendation of a friend last summer and never turned back! By far the best haircut in Australia I have ever had. The stylists here are trained to the highest level and are very talented. Cannot recommend enough.

Decided to try this placed based on google reviews and so happy I did it. This is the best hair salon I know and I went to a few. I had hair colored by George and he did a fantastic job. Grey hair covered 100%. The place has no smell, ventilation is good. All the staff is very polite and nice. Will come again!

I went yesterday to the salon for an haircut with Amy. She is an apprentice but seriously she is very good! She took her time to cut my hair, I had a nice head massage, it was such a good time over there!!
So just go and enjoy a moment in this lovely salon! :-)
