  I have never written a review in my life - if I have a bad experience I just simply don't visit the place or buy from it again. Maybe the lady who spoke with me on the phone from VIP Laser was right! I did purchase my treatments through Groupon and yes, it’s very cheap these days and yes, you didn't drag me to have my hair removal treatment so yes, I should be more prepared and should have done my research. Thank you, I definitely learned my lesson and probably won't be purchasing anything via Groupon again if that's what it is about. But it works both ways - please learn some manners. The 2-minute phone call we had escalated far too quickly.

  For my second lot of treatment I was told I could pay cash only and then after the next treatment was told the classification of what constitutes an area had changed so not all areas intially covered would be honoured. In this process the services were rushed and care was not taken. I then asked for a refund for the remaining sessions and was refused. I will not return and will be lodging a complaint through the correct authorities. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

  Poor service. I purchased a groupon voucher for four sessions and didn't go back for the last session. The service was terrible and treatments were rushed. During one of the sessions the therapist 'forgot' half of the treatment and tried to end it. The tone and language used by the therapist was not friendly or welcoming , and makes you not want to be there. Not worth your money

  Had a great service by Nila, she was very friendly and detail. I had wax treatment here, it is not painful and super quick. Neat place and easy to park location. Highly recommend!

  I came to this clinic after the most terrifying waxing experience in Campsie and it was amazing
  
  Really quick, almost painless and even a good conversation. I couldn't ask for more!

  Let's just say one thing, BEST CLINIC EVER! I came to get a microdermabrasion, my skin never felt better! After my treatment my skin was glowing. I highly recommend this!
