Came here for a last minute appointment - they managed to fit me in and did a great job. I have really long and thick hair and Amanda and Karl accommodated me and I left feeling refreshed and my hair was revitalised! Will definitely come back

Worst decision that I took for my hair. I came here to do my first color, I was looking for something lighter and natural. Finally I spent 265$ for nothing. I don't see any difference. My hair just look damaged and dry because of the chemical products. I just have few hair very white on the back of my head. I'm so disappointed.

I have been going to KARL AZZI in the city for 13 years and my partner 15 years. Karl is an EXCELLENT hairdresser and his Team also do a PHENOMENAL job.

After reading some of the reviews I am shocked as their EXPERTISE in Latest Trends, Colour, Cutting/Styling, Blow Dry/Formal Up-Styling and Customer Service whether it be Karl or one of his Team is always EXCEPTIONAL.

My partner and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karl Azzi and his Team and in particular, Amanda does the BEST BLOW DRYS EVER!

Booked a first time appointment with Emma and she had a "do not care" attitude. She made me feel uncomfortable by not speaking at all, I barely got a conversation out of her. The worst thing is that she did not colour the highlights close enough to the root! It was not visible in the salon, only after I had another look at home by brushing my hair back. The colour had also gone gold on the top so I called the salon and Emma eventually agreed to book me in again. This time I met Caitan who was attentive and cared much more. I don't know if the salon is aware but customer service is not their top priority. At the end I was still asked to pay the full amount despite being a first time customer (I had emailed the salon about it as they had a promotion running). Emma then decided to discount me but once again, it seemed she could not care less! I will have to schedule an appointment (with another salon) sometime soon as my outgrowth is already showing. I hope that this time I will waste less time and only need 1 appointment to get the job done.

Just walked in for a haircut and was treated horribly by the staff. The girl who cut my hair was so rude and impatient, and at times I felt she was physically aggressive with my hair. She didn't cut it the way I asked at all and when I tried to get her to fix it she was outwardly nasty about it. It's been a month since the haircut now and my hair has grown out very badly with odd lengths everywhere. The only upside is the student discount but I still do not recommend this place at all. They don't know the slightest thing about good service.

Too much!!!!!! So much money for a number 2 shave and a trim? I could get for 20 at my local barber, yes she shampooed my hair but wtf, I just want a trim. 65 bucks is a joke. Cameron, she did the same, moved me and not herself.

I normally visit Hunters Hill store but thought I'd try the city salon for convenience.
She didn't ask me what I wanted done, just how long I normally cut the sides. She was pretty rude about the other salon. She kept moving my chair instead of moving herself, which meant I had to lift both my feet off the ground each time. This happened alot. Anyways. $70 for an okay guys haircut with rubbish customer service. I won't be back

Worst haircut in Sydney. I could have cut it better myself. Avoid!
