Extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Very professional right from booking for an appointment all the way to the actual service. In particular, Tony, the technician who visited to repair my leaking fridge was truly professional and a thorough gentleman. Not only did he correctly identify the issue and sort the problem, he guided me through the warranty claims process and advised me on the next steps if the problem were to recur. Excellent service overall.

Wow! Compared to other companies I have dealt with recently, these guys were amazing! Super good communications, totally professional and the repair was done in no time, complicated job but no fuss whatsoever, and George the technician was the Zen master of refrigerators! I cannot recommend Hagop from Sydney Appliance Service enough! He was great with communication leading up to my booking slot and let me know when he was arriving, but he was extremely professional, evidently knew what he was talking about and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He fixed my samsung washing machine issue in 5 minutes as well as taking the time to explain to me what the issue was and how to avoid in the future. I will definitely know who to contact in future regarding any appliance repair!

I would like to express appreciation and thanks to Hagop and his assistant for their excellent service when repairing my refrigerator. Hagop was very polite and diligent in his work. Even though there was a delay in getting the correct part, for which Hagop aplogised, that did not cause a problem. I am pleased to say that it is working well now. I would certainly recommend Service Appliance Sydney and Hagop to other customers.
