Beautiful view of the Harbor, the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge (if you're lucky to get a room at the right side. Wonderful staff. Restaurant Service could use improvement. Occasional slow service even when there was no crowd.

Attentive service. Flexibility to cater for dietary needs. Beautiful views of the Opera House and the tables are spaced comfortably so that you don't have to overhear the conversation at the table next to yours or lean in to hear your dinner partner speak.

I was here for a dinner meeting. The location is fairly easy to get to via public transport. But there's plenty of parking around the hotel as well.

I really enjoyed the food. It was done very well and the wine selection was impressive as well.

Perhaps the room was not exactly the best shape - it was a little elongated horizontally and the screen was not always easy to read from the edge of the room.

The view of the Sydney Harbour from the hotel is unparalleled! Snuck a pic on the way out!

We had an amazing stay at the Park Hyatt Sydney and I would absolutely recommend it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the space itself is very nice along with the amazing views of the opera house. The rooms are well designed and you can't beat the location of the hotel right on The Rocks. The pool area on the roof is relaxing and we enjoyed lounging up there.

We stayed overnight at an upgraded room (Opera view) courtesy of my brother who has accumulated significant points who had nominated us the Guest of Honor at Park Hyatt Sydney. Perks also include full buffet breakfast including a choice of mains and any drinks (coffee). Breakfast included really freshly baked bread, fruit and also smoked salmon including a main dish of smoked salmon and asparagus and Belgian waffle dessert - yummy!. Staff were friendly with the receptionist showing us to our luxurious but understated room. Best of all were the views of the Sydney Opera House and Royal Caribbean cruise ship parked close by. Excellent location close to The Rocks market and Barangaroo (with great restaurants there too). Overall an excellent experience!

Best service received. All team members in hotel are super friendly but genuine. Park Hyatt Sydney was able to respond to email request quickly and provide service that is above and beyond. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it did not disappoint.

Our second stay here and what we enjoy the most in our local city is enjoying the opera house view! Great location!

We went and had the High Tea. Its such a classy place and has the best views of the Opera House. The High tea itself was lively and the staff were fantastic. We'll certainly be going back in the forth coming weeks.

We stayed at Park Hyatt Sydney on our wedding night. I had asked for an early check in to allow me to prepare the room so that there was no fuss when we arrived later on around midnight but this was not allowed by staff. We had booked an Opera View room however you had to stand in the corner of the room to see the Opera House (unlike the website photos). I went back to reception and asked if a better room was available. They advised me that a better room would be available later and that they would check me in and have our bags in the room.
Upon arrival at the hotel around midnight, we went up to the new room to find that the bags weren't there. I spent 15 mins at the front desk waiting for staff to try and find our bags while my new wife sat alone in our room. To top it off the staff gave obligatory apologies but no ownership of the issue.
I mentioned the matter at checkout to hopefully avoid issues for others and the only reply was 'at least it got better from there'. Considering the price ($1,200/night) and that we booked 6 months ago, it was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel for special occasions based on the service. The most disappointing aspect to us was the lack of apology and ownership of the issues from a supposed "5 star hotel".
I will note the buffet breakfast options and staff were fantastic and the room we ended up in was well fitted out for a luxury hotel.

Amazing views and spectacular service. The price is outrageous but I used points (very high cost in points too ) but you get what you pay for. This is a very unique property and one of a kind .I cannot say the Service had a wow factor but everyone was friendly. Room service was quick , high quality and fairly priced for this kind of property. Breakfast was extraordinary. It pays to be Globalist with Hyatt !

Only thing that needs improvement is the Hot Tub on the roof. Sadly, it was barely even warm.

The room was amazing, the best location in the world possibly.

The food, service and attention to detail made for an amazing few days that I could not fault.

Held my daughters wedding there and the event staff were equally brilliant, could not have asked for more!

Attended a conference. The food was good, everything was organised well and went smoothly. However the room had been split for 2 groups from different events and sometimes their audio came over our speakers. The food tasted nice but there was nowhere to eat it. We just took it outside and say on public benches.

Amazing place and amazing service. Every time I come here I always forget how big the rooms are and how great the amenities are. The staff are always super friendly and happy to help, plus it doesn't help that it is right in the heart of Circular Quay, so I get to walk along the pier past the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House to and from work each day. Definitely worth a visit, it's one of the reasons I love coming to Sydney.

Most likely the best hotel in Sydney. The service here is beyond exceptional and the environment created within the hotel is designed to make guests feel like celebrities. Location is second to none with the harbour bridge at your door step, the opera house in view and access to some of Sydney's best dining and entertainment a stroll away. Highly recommend this hotel for travellers seeking prestige and luxury. You will not be disappointed.
