Really nice and helpful staff but disgusting dorm. Good option for travelers on a budget who don't care much about cleanliness. Sluggish WiFi only in the common room and on the M floor. I stayed in a 4 beds room with private bathroom. The room wasn't clean when I got there and did never get cleaned before I left, neither did the bathroom. The other 3 guests had stuff all over the floor and rubbish scattered around. One of them didn't even use the bed linen and slept directly on the mattress. The room had a window but couldn't be opened, the only source of "fresh air" was from an AC system.

Good common areas, plus decent breakfast included. Noisy construction nearby. Full of foreign people living and working in Sydney, not travelers. Old dude ruffling around forever in the early am.

We had a good stay for 5 nights here at 4 beds with private bathroom. It was pretty clean and quiet at night. Brekky is provided each morning. Kitchen was pretty clean and tidy too.

Great location and facilities. The dorm rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. Close to the trains and easy to get to from the airport. 10/10

The staff is nice and the hostel is quiet. It's a quiet hostel for backpackers. However the bathrooms are not always clean, the shower head leaks for 3-4 days before being maintained. The floor is wet and the toilet has urine on it. The sinks in the kitchen aren't always clean either. The knives need to be sharpened. The breakfast is also very simple, just toasts, milk, cereals and all kinds of jam.

Good enough for hostel. Clear rules. All you can eat breakfast. Relax/common room. Brochure/flyer very complete, like visitor information center. Have big refrigerator to save guest foods

noisy drunk crowd on the courtyard upstairs all you can hear is screaming and yelling during late hours. No courtesy what so ever. Staff did not do anything about the noise affecting other people that were staying in the hostel.

It's a really gd hostel that provide everything I need (free breakfast, wifi, luggage storage, etc), near the central train station and I feel really comfortable when I live in.

Reasonably tidy place upheld by strict rules of stay and CCTV in public places, friendliness of staff varies from very good to neutral.

Best hostel in Sydney. Very clean, friendly staff, close to everything in the city and has a nice rooftop balcony. I been coming here over the last several years and will always come back. I recommend this hostel to everyone who comes to Sydney.
