  Dads next chapter
  As my dad was looking for a new place to downsize now that mum is no longer with us and wanted to mover closer to my brothers and I in Pakenham, we found this lovely house for him. Nyall has been absolutely awesome with all his help as my brother and I are very meticulous about everything as we want the best for dad. We highly recommend Nyall and will be speaking to him soon for my investment property.

  Ruby has been fantastic. From the inspection to the application process and beyond. As first time renters we feel so grateful to have her as our property manager. She is prompt, kind and informative. She has supported us through all of our questions and never once made us feel annoying, even with our anticipation anxiety. Ruby is amazing.

  Jess and her team have looked after our rental property for just over 4 years now. They have been amazing to deal with and everything has always been dealt with in a professional and timely manner which gave us ease living over in WA. Inspections were always very thorough and detailed.
  Communication level between agent and owner was perfect.
  
  This property has just been sold but we would not hesitate to use Jess as a property manager for any future properties, highly recommended.
  Thanks again Jess, you have been fantastic to work with.
