Overall a great agency, property managers were easy to communicate with and very quick to respond.

If you're a tenant looking for an agent that has no regard whatsoever to your rights under the Residential Tenancies Act (not to mention common law) and will stop at nothing to make your life a misery this is the place to come.

Never informed us about the change of prd Geelong ownership, change of lease terms (due to new ownership), and change of accepted rent payments.
now must pay using a 3rd party service (d.e.f.t.?) that can take up to 5 business days to process your payment, on top of the usual 3-5 business days that a bank takes to process a personal transfer to another bank (actual transfer, not an instant direct debit/credit).
Also clearly no in branch communication between staff, have both rang, and received several phone calls and had the same conversation with several different staff members about supposed "unpaid" rent due to the lack of foresight about how long the new payment system takes to process a payment.
And still waiting for property repairs from over 3 years ago to be completed. Again, no internal communication. Collapsed rotten verandah and missing sheets of tin of the roof.
Also a nice hole in the wall from the owner removing a gas heater during the day while we were at work. Was a great surprise to come home to.response / report this review -
