I just had a very rude and very unhelpful call back from Michelle Gibson, who’s number was listed as the contact for a particular property. I was interested in some information on a property to which she rudely replied, ‘I don’t have that information on me’ in a very sharp manner. I said oh ok, to which she said ‘Okee dokey’. Okee dokey? Not I’ll have a look and get back to you or call the office. Certainly won’t bother with taking any interest in properties from Alex and Scott again.

Never thought we would purchase our first home virtually.. Of course when you decide to purchase a property without being able to physically inspect the same is a challenge. But we were able to successfully complete the entire process comfortably all thanks to Michelle from Alex & Scott. She made sure to personally give us a virtual tour of the property and she was very transparent and accommodating through out the entire transaction. All thanks to Michelle we didn’t even once feel hesitant or worried and she even helped us put the property on rent immediately. Thank you Michelle for helping us with our first home!!

I called both the office and the agent on the advert repeatedly over the course of the application only to have no one pick up or go straight to message bank.

I was also told they were trying to contact me although my place of work and number are on the application , so I don't feel as though they actually tried very hard.

Made a decision on a home and couldn't contact the agent to inform them and so missed out on a property.

Very unprofessional, poor effort on their behalf and will not be recommending them to any of my friends families and co workers currently looking for rentals in the area.

Very very disappointed

I am currently pursuing legal action against Alex Scott and Staff with Consumer Affairs Victoria- (Department of Justice and Regulation) due to their breach of the Real Estate Agents Code of Conduct and Ethics. It has been a horrifying experience filled with lies, deceit and grubby behavior which has taken a huge toll on my family. Please don't take the risk of putting yourself through hell with Alex Scott and Staff!
