Rented a commercial property through these guys. They;
i. Never bothered to ask me to return the lease
ii. Don't respond to emails
iii. Don't return phone calls
iv. Do nothing about maintenance requests
v. Ignore requests to remove mob. no. from SMS reminders
vi. Try to extort money by threatening to bill us for common property expenses
If you have to use these guys, be prepared to give yourself a discount on rent each time they ignore you. Seems to be the only way to motivate them.response / report this review -

These guys are rude and unresponsiveunless they think you might want to buy a property of course! Their property managers are hopeless and couldn't care about maintenance issues or the condition of houses tenants are living in (heaven forbid if someone took Gartland to VCAT)
Expect to be living without heating for a while if it breaks down this winter. If your property has air con and dies during summer, vacate and head to the beach! Leaking roof? Whatever.
But if you happen to go to an open inspection, you're guaranteed to get a call back the next day!
